Our experience at Sinatra in Las Vegas was fantastic from start to finish. The appetizers and desserts were impressive! I was a bit disappointed not to have enough space to sample the tiramisu. For our main courses, I chose the pollo chicken while my partner opted for the veal accompanied by saffron risotto. We concluded our meal with the delightful Sinatra hat dessert and soothing jasmine hot tea. The cocktail, likely named “The Way You Look Tonight,” was exceptionally tasty!

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Sinatra, located on the Encore Casino and Hotel side. The atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming. We began our meal with the Polipo, a Mediterranean octopus dish that was expertly prepared. I enjoyed the grilled Mediterranean sea bass; although the portion was quite large, it was incredibly flavorful. My dining companion tried the veal parmigiana, which was recommended by our attentive server, Roger. The dish was enjoyed, though the portion size was also quite generous. The entrees here are certainly hearty. The cocktails were exceptional, and overall, it was a wonderful dining experience. However, with so many outstanding Italian restaurants in Las Vegas, this one doesn't quite make my top five favorites.

Service and atmosphere are outstanding! The food and drinks were fantastic. The Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives Dirty Martini was a perfect 10. The salad, featuring thinly sliced apples and cheese, also earned a 10. The Polipo (Octopus appetizer) was exceptional at 10, while the Veal Parmigiana received an 8; in my opinion, a little more seasoning in the sauce would enhance the flavor. The Gnocchetti was superb at 10, and the Key Lime and Raspberry Sorbet were also both a perfect 10. Overall, it was an extraordinary dining experience.

The service was absolutely impeccable. The atmosphere was elegant, and the food was amazing! The braised veal was divine. Our table enjoyed the sea bass, halibut, veal, octopus, caprese salad, and shrimp. As a delightful surprise, our waiter brought out three birthday desserts to celebrate the occasion. The cocktails were also fantastic. Highly recommend this place!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Sinatra to celebrate a special occasion, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and attended to our every need with warmth and professionalism. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was nothing short of fantastic, the drinks were equally impressive, and the ambiance of the restaurant was superb. Sinatra is a true gem. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner, a special celebration, or just a memorable meal, this place delivers on all fronts. I highly recommend it and look forward to my next visit.

Sinatra in Las Vegas provides a fine dining experience with friendly chefs. The appetizers, including the Burrata and Caprese salad, were exceptional and full of flavor. However, the main courses were average and didn't quite live up to expectations in terms of taste and value. The portions were larger than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The Berry Smash mocktail was overly sweet, but the Tiramisu dessert was a standout dish. Overall, the experience was classy and enjoyable, with some hits and misses in the menu.
