Slice of Vegas

The service here exceeded expectations, largely due to our attentive server. The atmosphere was laid-back and perfect for enjoying chilled beers alongside a diverse pizza menu. We opted for both the traditional and Sicilian pizzas, with a recommendation to try the supreme Sicilian variety. The pizzas were delicious, and I would definitely suggest giving this place a try.

After attending a show at Luxor, we decided to eat at Slice of Vegas. It was conveniently located since Mandalay Bay is connected to Luxor, making it an easy spot to reach. We opted for the Vegan Philly sandwich with fries and the vegan Caesar salad. The Caesar salad was excellent, with a generous portion size. The dressing was creamy and had the classic Caesar taste. The romaine was fresh and crisp. For those seeking that traditional Caesar salad experience, this is a great choice. Highly recommend. The Philly sandwich was also satisfying, with a large portion. It seemed like the "beef" used might have been chunks of Impossible or Beyond burger, though it would have been nice to see a "shaved" meat option, like seitan, instead of the "hamburger" style. Aside from that, the veggies were well-cooked, it was nicely cheesy, and the fries were well-seasoned. Overall, this place offers a comprehensive vegan menu for a sports bar. I’d definitely return when in Vegas. Highly recommend. It's worth noting that the take-out counter does not offer vegan options; those are available for dine-in only.

Slice of Vegas is a solid choice if you need a quick bite while exploring the Shoppes at Mandalay Bay or if you're looking for a late-night option while staying at the resort. The garlic knots are a must-try, available in batches of 3 or 6. The pizza, served by the slice, is decent and gets a quick reheat when you order, so it's ready in just a few minutes. While it might not be a 5-star dining experience, it's a regular stop during stays at Mandalay Bay or Delano due to its convenience and late hours. The service staff is generally friendly and efficient. Looking forward to trying the spaghetti and meatballs for a dine-in experience.

After an exhilarating morning of skydiving, we returned to the Strip with hearty appetites. Though we had to wait briefly for Slice of Vegas to open, the staff was extremely friendly and seated us promptly. The food arrived surprisingly fast, given how early it was—I hadn't expected the ovens to even be warmed up yet! We opted for the breakfast pizza, and despite it containing a few ingredients I usually avoid, it was incredibly delicious. We even took some to go so we could enjoy it later! Highly recommended!

Excellent food and extremely welcoming service at Slice of Vegas. The staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home. I will absolutely be returning in the future. On our next visit, we were fortunate enough to have John as our server once again, and he was fantastic.👏🤩🙌👌
