Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill at The Venetian in Las Vegas is a delightful place to dine along The Strip, praised for its lovely setting and outstanding service. My brunch visit left me impressed by the warm reception from the staff and the restaurant's inviting atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with our server being both friendly and attentive, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout our meal. Both the drinks and food were served promptly, and the presentation of the dishes elevated the dining experience. However, despite the excellent service, the food was somewhat inconsistent. I was looking forward to enjoying the Lobster Benedict, hoping for a rich, flavorful dish, but was taken aback by its overpowering fishy aroma and taste, which made it difficult to finish. The Avocado Toast also fell short, lacking proper seasoning. In contrast, the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna was a standout dish—perfectly crisp with a harmonious blend of flavors, it was the star of the meal. Despite the mixed results, I am keen to return for lunch or dinner, as the menu offers many enticing options. While the brunch didn't fully meet my expectations, I believe a different mealtime could offer a better culinary experience, especially given the superb service and inviting atmosphere. In summary, Sugarcane is a great choice for its vibrant ambiance and excellent service. Although I suggest opting for a meal other than brunch, with some menu refinements, it has the potential to shine even brighter.

During a recent stay at the Venetian, we decided to try breakfast at Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill and were thoroughly impressed with the delightful flavors, quality, atmosphere, and service. Their $26 bottomless mimosas are a fantastic deal. We opted for the “Cuban Benedict” and “Lobster Benedict” along with regular coffee. The coffee refills were prompt, with the attentive staff ensuring our mugs were never empty. The food was fresh and tasted excellent, and the team was both friendly and accommodating.

This restaurant was the highlight of our trip. It was a somewhat random choice, and I’m so glad it was. Everything was fabulous. The atmosphere was comfortable—we sat near the kitchen, and it was impossible not to want everything we saw coming out. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, helping us narrow down our choices because we wanted to try everything. The food was simply amazing. We would have been happy going back there for every meal and still felt like we experienced the best of what the city has to offer.

Stopped by Sugarcane Raw Bar Grill over Memorial Day Weekend for the Dead & Company shows. After one of the concerts, we decided to check it out and were thrilled with the Shellfish Tower, which featured an amazing spread of oysters, mussels, shrimp, crab, and lobster. The flavors were superb, and the portions were generous. We also enjoyed an appetizer of Crispy Polenta, paired with a truffle mayonnaise that was absolutely immaculate. For drinks, we had the Banana Rum Old Fashioned, and it was hands down the best old fashioned I've ever tasted. This place made for an exceptional after-concert venue. PROS: - Conveniently located at the corner where you exit The Sphere and enter The Venetian, perfect for a quick rest. - The staff was excellent. - Cozy, dim atmosphere perfect for Vegas people-watching while savoring great food and drinks. - The Banana Rum Old Fashioned was outstanding. CONS: - On the pricier side if you're budget-conscious. - Can get noisy with the concert crowd. - Located near a popular Instagram spot. OVERALL: Highly recommend. The menu offers excellent choices, and the staff is very accommodating. It's perfect for pre-/post-concert dining or just a quick stop while exploring the Venetian.

My experience at Sugarcane was enjoyable. Located inside the Venetian, it may be a bit challenging to locate, but with some perseverance, you will eventually find it. It's a great spot for breakfast and worth the effort to locate.
