During my visit to the Wynn, I dined at Tableau twice—once for breakfast and again for brunch. The beverages were outstanding, particularly the chai smoothie, which I highly recommend. While the breakfast offerings, like the biscuits and gravy, were fantastic, the brunch left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the burger was quite bland and dry, with the egg overpowering everything. Both the burger and the steak had an unpleasant burnt bitterness. Considering the location and price, I had higher expectations. The brunch would score a 1.5 out of 5, whereas breakfast deserves a 4.5 out of 5. A huge kudos to Roy, who provided warm, attentive service throughout. In summary, I’d gladly return for the breakfast and drinks, but brunch didn’t meet the mark. It's disappointing for a place with such a wonderful atmosphere and view.

Thrilled to have chosen this spot during our visit. We didn't manage to explore as many restaurants at Wynn/Encore as planned, but this one stood out as our favorite. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. I believe the server assigned to us was truly outstanding, bringing positivity and enthusiasm to our experience and to other guests she attended. She provided attentive and consistent service throughout. The food was delightful, and we'd certainly return if time allowed. If you stop by, their lattes are beautifully crafted and taste incredible. We had ours iced, and both the presentation and flavor were impressive.

Thrilled we chose to try out this spot during our visit. Although we didn't manage to explore as many restaurants as we wanted at Wynn/Encore, this one stood out as our clear favorite. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The server assigned to us was genuinely one of the best, bringing a lot of positivity and enthusiasm while assisting us and other guests. The service was attentive and consistent throughout. We absolutely loved the food and would have returned if time permitted. If you visit, be sure to try their lattes—they're visually stunning and taste incredible. We opted for iced lattes, and the presentation and flavor were spot on.

Tableau in Las Vegas offers an exceptional dining experience. The server was fantastic, and I highly recommend trying the Solar Power and the avocado toast. The fruit plate was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The patio opens at 8 AM, and they turn on the sprinklers once it gets too hot, but dining inside is an option if you prefer to eat earlier. The Colombian coffee here is also excellent.

I made the reservation well in advance, and while the restaurant has a nice ambiance, the food was somewhat disappointing in taste, at least based on what we ordered. The staff knew it was our anniversary, and almost everyone congratulated us and provided a complimentary dessert, which was a nice touch. Initially, I wanted to sit outside, but the heat was unbearable, so I recommend opting for indoor seating. We tried the Chai smoothie, which was very tasty, and black coffee. For breakfast, we had the Euro breakfast, which included some bread that seemed stale and detracted from the overall experience; it also came with tea and juice. The pork tartine was our least favorite dish. Overall, it's a nice, fancy place for breakfast with very attentive service, but the flavor of the food left something to be desired.

Highlights: The avocado toast with poached eggs was a favorite, as it came with a generous serving of arugula which balanced out the dish nicely. The Caesar salad received high praise from our group for its delicious dressing with anchovies. The standout aspect of our visit to Tableau was the exceptional service. Daniel went above and beyond to ensure our coffee was hot and fresh, even bringing us piping hot cups when the original coffee had cooled in the air conditioned space. Esperanza also impressed us by promptly providing warm milk for our oatmeal when our server became busy. Additionally, hostess Sandra was a delight in accommodating our last-minute reservation change. We truly appreciate the great service provided by the staff at Tableau.
