Tao Asian Bistro in Las Vegas is a stunning experience with a dark and lively atmosphere. The food is fresh, beautifully presented, and perfectly seasoned. Watching the skilled chefs at the sushi bar prepare the dishes is truly captivating. Each dish is like a work of art. The server made excellent recommendations in every category, making my dining experience the best of my trip. The only downside was a long wait despite having a reservation, but being seated at the sushi bar allowed for a more intimate experience. I highly recommend Tao, just be prepared for a busy environment on a Saturday night. Some standout dishes include the sea bass, lobster dumplings, and sweet and spicy cauliflower.

Tao is a beautiful experience with a dark but upbeat vibe. The food is fresh, plated with care and perfectly spiced not overtly so. I had the pleasure of dining at the sushi bar and got to see the care taken in preparing the stunning sushi dishes. This was mesmerizing to watch. There was both beauty and art in the food. I also met and had a wonderful conversation with another person seated next to me at that sushi bar. My server Justin recommended excellent choices in all categories. My dinner was the best I had in Vegas this trip. Note the wait was long despite having a reservation but luckily since I was dining solo I hot to have the sushi bar seating. I recommend highly but if going on a Saturday night expect high volume in sound and people. I enjoyed sea bass, lobster dumplings and sweet and spicy cauliflower.

The food, ambience and service was amazing. We were vegetarian and there were three vegetarian items on the menu. We ordered all three - vegan dumplings, pad thai and vegan sushi rolls. The food was really nice. We also ordered mandarin for dessert. The look of the dessert was amazing, it looked like a mandarin, however, the taste was not that great, the balance of sourness and sweetness for off and also there were not many textures in the dessert. Other than that everything was great. I just wished there were more vegetarian options for us to select from.

Dining at Tao Asian Bistro in Las Vegas transformed my mom’s birthday into an exquisite tapestry of culinary delights and joyful memories! From the moment we entered, the atmosphere vibrated with an upbeat and vibrant energy, whisking us into a world where traditional Asian elegance seamlessly blends with a lively, contemporary vibe. Angie, the manager, truly epitomizes stellar hospitality, ensuring that every detail of our celebration was executed with perfection. Her team echoed this unparalleled service, treating us not merely as guests, but as part of the Tao family, making the birthday celebration genuinely special. Ah, the Espresso Martini – a cocktail that danced with rich, robust flavors, harmoniously uniting the bitter and the sweet, proved to be a splendid beginning to our gastronomic journey. As for the Chilean Sea Bass – a masterpiece of culinary artistry. It was cooked to perfection, its delicate, flaky texture and rich, buttery flavor catapulting it to the status of my favorite dish. Every course seemed to tell a story, guiding us through a variety of tantalizing flavors and textures, all while maintaining a harmonious balance that is so emblematic of Asian cuisine. Tao’s menu, an exciting fusion of various Asian influences, had us journeying through a flavorful odyssey, with each dish outshining the last. Tao Asian Bistro not only provided us with a meal but crafted an unforgettable experience that will linger in our memories and palates. A million thanks to Angie and the incredible staff for making my mom's birthday not just a meal, but a celestial celebration of flavors, emotions, and togetherness. We are undeniably looking forward to our next dining adventure in your captivating culinary haven!

This place was such a great find. The service was fantastic. Very attentive and are able to explain the entire menu. The even have a bathroom attendee where there's colognes, mints etc. The food was amazing. We got the sea bass and it was insanely flavorful and tender. Highly recommend trying it out. The noodle dish was a little sweet for me but still had tons of flavor. Overalls definitely recommend this place

Five stars all around. This is a must go when in Vegas. We stayed at the Venetian so we just had to go downstairs. The entrance was fabulous with tubs filled with water and floating flowers. I can't say enough about the ambiance, it is out of this world. We were seated near a huge Buddha statue which is in the center. Food, drinks and service is top notch. You have to make the Reservations, dress up and enjoy.
