The Brass Fork offers a solid selection of diner fare that hits the spot when you're looking for a quick meal. We decided to try the grilled cheese paired with tomato soup, a double cheeseburger with fries, and a Philly cheesesteak to share. The grilled cheese didn't quite impress, as the only notable element was the tasty bread; the soup was just average. The double cheeseburger was enjoyable, featuring all the classic toppings you'd expect. The fries complemented it well. The highlight of our meal was unquestionably the Philly cheesesteak. The use of actual cheese sauce made it exceptional, and it's worth a return visit just for that alone. We also ordered "au jus" for dipping the cheesesteak, but it was more like watered-down beef broth—not quite what we hoped for. We took the chicken Alfredo home to enjoy later, and it was quite good, though it probably would have been even better fresh. Overall, we're definitely planning to return!

The Brass Fork 24/7 Restaurant at Palace Station offers exceptional food. It's truly a hidden gem that doesn't get the recognition it deserves. I've dined here multiple times during my stay, and each experience has been highly enjoyable. Meals are served quickly with friendly service. The staff are highly personable and go out of their way to ensure a great dining experience. The food portions are generous and beautifully presented. A colorful fruit plate with Greek yogurt was particularly refreshing, offering a nice variety of chilled, cut fruits. Breakfast entrees are delicious and notably free of grease. The French toast was perfectly warm, paired with syrup, and had a delightful custard flavor. The NY strip steak dinner was cooked to perfection and offered at nearly half the price of steaks at the Charcoal Room, yet tasted significantly better. There’s no need for reservations or waiting in line! I would certainly return to dine here again. The service, food, and atmosphere are all excellent, and the prices are reasonable. Thank you to the Brass Fork staff and chefs for the fantastic meals! Please keep up the great work!

The Brass Fork at Palace Station Casino is typically a reliable choice for a variety of different foods with great service. However, on our most recent visit, there was a major mishap. While my wife ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich and I ordered the turkey dinner, she bit into a hard piece of plastic that turned out to be a corner of plastic wrap from either the meat or cheese. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of our waitress, there was no real concern shown from the staff. No manager came to check on us or apologize for the incident. This lack of response and action from management was disappointing and left us feeling like they dropped the ball in this situation.
