The Brass Fork at Sunset Station in Las Vegas provided quick seating and friendly service. We ordered nachos and iced tea, which came with plenty of lemon slices. The atmosphere was steady and the noise level was tolerable. Keno runners were available and the booth seats were comfortable. The tables were promptly cleared after guests left and the floors were clean and shiny. Overall, a satisfying final stop before heading home.

This place answers the mail for me when you want to get a decent meal late night at a casino 24 hour restaurant that is not on the strip. Had the wings which were pretty good and the French Onion Salisbury Steak which was not bad. The sides were good as well. The beers were cold. I didn't order the nachos but seen them and I have to say they looked pretty good. The service was good. Recommend.

While at the Sunset Station Casino we decided to grab a bite to eat at the Brass Fork. It is your normal run of the mill diner ... nothing too spectacular. Our server was super nice, a little forgetful... but super pleasant about it. The Denver Omelette was great.. Super fresh and tasty! The French Onion Salisbury Steak was tasty too... however wayyyy over salted. By the time I was 1/2 way through it my lips were burning from the salt. The gravy was good... however this was French onion... throw a couple onions in the gravy or something... there was no onions to be found anywhere in this French Onion dish! The coffee was standard & the lemonade was ok, lacking flavor... but ok. I'd say, go ahead & try this place... Just keep your expectations at a minimum... right around diner level.

Ate here after watching a movie at the theater inside the casino. Wasn’t much of a fan of the buffalo chicken strips, but the steak and eggs was completely worth it. I will definitely be ordering that again next time I visit. There’s plenty of seating and a lot more on the menu. Lots of dessert options available at the front.

Some of the food dishes are a bit overpriced. Everyone in my dinner party ordered something different, and all of the food was very good. Our server did not use a pad to write anything Down and got everybody's order spot on correct Which I thought was pretty impressive. And the ambience of the place was not like The chain restaurants that have seemed to go so far downhill the last few years. So until the brass fork messes it up This will be the new restaurant that is frequented by myself and my family.
