Returned to The Buffet at Bellagio and was once again impressed with the amazing variety of food options available. From eggs and omelets to Asian dishes, BBQ, salmon, and more, there is something for everyone. The dessert section is particularly outstanding. You won't leave disappointed. The prices are reasonable at around $55 plus tips and tax.

In my opinion, most buffets are overpriced for the quality of food they offer. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of tasty dishes available at The Buffet at Bellagio. They had some creative options like bone marrow and chilaquiles that really stood out. However, the long lines and crowded dining area can be a bit of a downside. Overall, I would say it's a slightly better than average buffet experience for Las Vegas.

Great food with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very accommodating and attentive to all your needs. The buffet offers a variety of cuisines from around the world. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager Lucy and executive chef Jose, who were both very accommodating and professional. Thank you to the entire team for a great experience. We will definitely make a point to visit every time we're in town.

We paid 80 bucks each plus tax, over 170 total for buffet access with no alcohol. Supremely disappointing. Had a preconceived notion in my head of Vegas hotel buffets being a cut above the rest, but I've since had that illusion shattered. Screaming kids everywhere. Food that is mediocre, excluding a few top shelf items that were pretty good. I saw many kids touching food (especially desserts) and putting it back. Staff was visibly unhappy and the whole vibe is just noticeably off. You're far better off spending your money elsewhere. There's no value here. There's no spectacular food. You'll spend your time eating here wishing you went somewhere else, even the food court. Vegas is a city full of great food options and the Bellagio Buffet is a trap to keep you from those other options.

Food selection has decreased since COVID. Not as many high end items. Sushi station was weak, and caviar station removed. Sea Bass was good, Salmon and mixed seafood was very overcooked and no one was touching them. Dessert selection was not good. Wicked Spoon is better. Bone marrow hard to remove. Lamb rack overcooked.
