If you're planning to indulge in a dining experience on the Las Vegas Strip, make Craftsteak your top choice. The atmosphere here is exceptional, whisking you away from the casino hustle. The ambiance is inviting, with gentle music, warm lighting, and a spacious feel thanks to the high ceilings. The seating is comfortably luxurious. The service is outstanding, marked by a perfect blend of professionalism and genuine warmth. Our every need was anticipated without having to ask. And now, the food—absolutely phenomenal. We tried the skirt steak and lamb rack, and both dishes were exquisite. If pressed to choose, the skirt steak stood out with its robust and divine flavors. The lamb was also excellent, but its flavors were slightly subtler. For sides, the potato puree and baby spinach were relatively simple but served as effective palate cleansers between bites. Next time, choosing one side might suffice. Their version of the espresso martini, dubbed the "Wake Up Call," was a delightful surprise. It featured a playful Grinch garnish, fitting perfectly with the holiday spirit. Sweet, but in a balanced way—a rarity for those who don't typically prefer sweet cocktails. My dining companion enjoyed an Old Fashioned, noting its appealing strength. To finish, we indulged in the pistachio ice cream, which was both refreshing and delicious. Craftsteak truly provides a memorable culinary journey.

Absolutely delighted by the dining experience at Tom Colicchio's Craftsteak in Las Vegas. The service was outstanding, with the staff being exceptionally attentive and helpful in guiding us through drink, entrée, side, and dessert selections. The portions were generous for our group. I highly recommend trying the Smoking Barrels. The Monkey Bread was astonishing. My Filet was cooked to perfection, and the NY Strip was equally impressive. Although the seafood options were tempting, the allure of steak here was simply irresistible.

We had an incredible night at Craftsteak in Las Vegas! The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. I was too excited to take photos before digging in, which speaks to how good everything was. For starters, we had the heirloom tomatoes and warm frisée salad. For our entrées and sides, we enjoyed the scallops, halibut, asparagus, potatoes, and cauliflower. While everything was fantastic, the heirloom tomatoes, scallops, and cauliflower stood out especially. For dessert, we indulged in monkey bread and were pleasantly surprised with a baked Alaska, a delightful flaming dessert that added a fun touch to our experience. We highly recommend sitting in Kevin’s section if you visit. He is an amazing waiter and truly made our night unforgettable. Kevin was entertaining and kind, ensuring that our evening was one of the best we’ve had. Martin also provided excellent service by clearing our plates and keeping our water glasses filled, all while being fun to talk to. He even provided moral support to help me finish the last bites of my dessert. You will leave Craftsteak full, satisfied, and incredibly happy, as the staff treats you like family and makes you never want to leave. Thank you for such a wonderful night!

Craftsteak at the MGM Grand is a stunning steakhouse with welcoming hostesses and attentive waitstaff. The menu offers family-style options, perfect for larger groups. The warm frisé salad received rave reviews from most diners, but those who do not enjoy eggs may want to steer clear. The shrimp cocktail was a hit, with a spicy cocktail sauce that added a nice kick. The skirt steak and salmon were both delicious, with the salmon being a standout favorite. Sides like fries, mashed potatoes, and corn were exceptional, while the spinach and mushrooms were just okay. Desserts like crème brûlée, chocolate cake, and monkey bread were all well-received, with the monkey bread being a crowd favorite. The only downside was the lingering egg smell in the wine and water glasses, which made for a slightly unpleasant experience.
