What I Disliked
The food at WuHu Noodle can be good, but unfortunately, it can also be inconsistent. The Imperial fried rice and Hong Kong fried noodles with shredded beef were excellent on the first visit, but the Mongolian beef was overly sweet. The second visit saw a decline in the quality of the imperial fried rice and the combo chow mein was good but the Salt & Pepper pork chops were lacking in flavor. The disappointment continued on the third visit with the beef with broccoli having too much broccoli and not enough beef. The Hong Kong noodles also did not meet expectations with the beef not being shredded as requested. Despite normally receiving good service from the staff, the experience was marred by being overcharged and feeling deceived by the chef regarding the shredded beef. In the end, it may be best to find Chinese food elsewhere.

Despite reading many negative reviews, I decided to give WuHu Noodle a try and was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the food. I ordered the Mongolian beef and crab rangoons, and was able to sample some of my friend's chicken curry as well, all of which I would rate 4 stars. It's worth noting that I received a 50% discount for being a Silverton member, and I probably wouldn't have dined there otherwise at full price.

I used to be a regular at WuHu Noodle, coming in twice a week for a meal. However, I've noticed a significant increase in prices over the past year. Despite that, the food quality and taste remain consistently great. My go-to dish is the vegetarian eggplant and tofu with rice, but I've sampled almost everything on the menu and it all tastes very authentic Chinese. The kitchen staff is all Chinese and cooks everything in a wok. They now offer online ordering, but I prefer to dine in. The dining area is spacious and you pay at the cash register before they bring your food to the table. The wait time can vary greatly depending on the time of day. During peak lunch or dinner hours, you may have to wait up to thirty minutes to an hour for your food.

The food at WuHu Noodle is good, but unfortunately, it can be inconsistent. On our first visit, we were impressed with the Imperial fried rice and Hong Kong fried noodles with Shredded beef. However, the Mongolian beef was too sweet for our taste. During our second visit, the Imperial fried rice didn't live up to our previous experience. The combo chow mein was satisfying, but the Salt & Pepper pork chops lacked flavor and were mostly fat and bone. Despite sending the dish back, the replacement still fell short of our expectations. On our third visit, the broccoli beef had an overwhelming amount of broccoli and lacked sufficient beef. The Hong Kong noodles were not as described, with sliced beef instead of shredded. When we brought this up to the staff, we were met with resistance and ultimately decided to take our food to go. Overall, while the food can be good at WuHu Noodle, the inconsistency and subpar service may lead us to try another Chinese restaurant in the future.

I'm pretty irritated actually. I ordered the Chicken Rice Noodle roll... What I envisioned was chicken and noodles with some stir fry on a bed of rice... What I got was a tiny bit of chicken and a huge helping of the fried cabbage blobs used for filler. No noodles, no rice!? I got this and a soda and spent an insane $23.84 I'm posting pics of my plate... The entire upper half as in half the whole plate is the blobs of fried cabbage, the lower half is whatever the stir fry is- onion mostly with some green onion stalk... This portion is all left uneaten... The filler is the whole meal. I'll never come here again. I will say the girl serving the dishes to the tables is a doll and very polite.
