Celebrated a special occasion at Zuma, and it did not disappoint. Located on the 3rd floor of the Boulevard Tower at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Opted for the chef’s tasting menu, and every dish was both amazing and well-presented, leaving us quite full—perhaps one course too many. Photos of each course are attached. The service was excellent and the atmosphere lively; the place was bustling all the way until closing time. While it is on the pricier side, it's highly recommended for those who enjoy sushi and a luxurious night out.

The grilled Chilean sea bass was definitely the star of the meal, with a sauce that was absolutely delightful! However, the skirt steak didn’t quite hit the mark—it appeared undercooked and leaned more towards rare, which wasn't ideal. The rock shrimp tempura also fell short, as the flavors were too subtle for my liking. All in all, it was a decent meal, but not something that would draw me back in the future.

My experience at Zuma in Las Vegas was on a weekday evening without a reservation. Fortunately, we were able to secure a spot at the bar where we could witness the chefs in action. Although the service was not consistently top-notch, the food itself was exceptional. Each dish, from the appetizers to the main courses, was a true work of art. However, it is worth noting that the prices are on the higher end.

Zuma is a stunning restaurant with a clean, dimly lit atmosphere and a cool vibe. Whether you're going for a nice dinner date or drinks with friends to celebrate a special occasion, this Japanese menu offers lovely dishes that are sure to impress. I recently tried a few appetizers with my dining companion and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor. The yellowtail sashimi had a slight fishy taste but was still a nice combination of flavors. The prawn and black cod gyoza were delightful with the ponzu dipping sauce and perfect crisp cookery. The fried calamari had the perfect amount of batter and was surprisingly light. The sake marinated chicken wings were a hit with my dining companion and had a fresh hint of lime that really elevated the dish. My favorite dishes of the night were the semi fatty tuna nigiri, which melted in my mouth, and the exotic chewan mushi dessert, which was simply heavenly. The dessert had a flakey biscuit on the side that added to the overall experience. The mojito I ordered was quite strong, so be prepared for a kick with your drink! Although the restaurant only has one bathroom per gender with sliding doors that offer limited privacy, this minor inconvenience did not detract from the overall dining experience. I highly recommend checking out Zuma for a memorable meal – I will definitely be returning for more!

I recently dined at Zuma with clients during a conference and was blown away by the 14 course meal we shared. The flavors and textures were truly unique and delicious. Our server provided exceptional service and we could see the chefs working together with smiles on their faces as they prepared our food. The dessert we were served was out of this world, making it one of the most phenomenal meals I have ever experienced.
