Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill - Green Valley Ranch

Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill is inside Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino in Henderson. The restaurant has a spacious dining room, a 13-seat sushi counter, and a cocktail bar, giving guests a choice between watching the chefs work and settling in for a longer dinner. Its polished but accessible atmosphere suits both resort guests and local date nights without feeling overly formal.

Sushi and sashimi are the foundation, supported by nightly seasonal specials and a substantial hot kitchen. The menu moves beyond rolls with dishes such as wagyu gyoza, tiger shrimp tempura, spicy tuna crispy rice, oxtail and rice, teppan-grilled items, and the brand’s signature fried chicken wings with wasabi honey. The beverage program emphasizes sake—including proprietary Blue Ribbon bottlings—along with Japanese whisky, cocktails, wine, and beer.

This is best for sushi enthusiasts, mixed groups that need both raw and cooked choices, and diners looking for a celebratory meal away from the Strip. Prices reflect the quality of the fish and resort setting, while the social-hour menu can provide a less expensive introduction. Reservations are worthwhile for weekend dinner service.
