About Caspian's Rock & Roe
Caspian's occupies the former Cleopatra's Barge space at Caesars Palace and is deliberately split into two experiences. The front is an intimate caviar lounge for seafood bites, cocktails and full caviar service. Behind a portrait of Captain Caspian is a much larger speakeasy-style room with live music, bottle service and a late-night crowd.
The food is luxurious and focused rather than a conventional multi-course steakhouse menu. Guests can order caviar by the tin or as a casual bump, plus oysters and other seafood-driven plates. The bar stays active well after the kitchen winds down, and nightly performances make this a stronger choice for drinks and entertainment than for a quiet dinner.
Caspian's is best for couples and groups who actively want a scene and are comfortable with premium caviar and cocktail pricing. Arrive earlier for the lounge and conversation; visit later for the hidden room, music and nightlife atmosphere.
