Chayo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar in Las Vegas is an outstanding restaurant. Their vegetarian enchiladas are among the best I've tasted. There's a wide variety of options to choose from. The atmosphere is welcoming and located next to a bustling walkway. There's also a mechanical bull, though it wasn't operational during my visit. The restaurant is spacious, featuring an upper level. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Stopped in on a whim after wandering aimlessly trying to decide what to have for dinner. Our waiter was friendly & we didn't wait too long for our meal. The door to the outside was open making it a bit cool where we were seated. We asked to be moved farther from the door & were taken 2 tables over...which was an improvement but not by much. It appeared as though there was lots of other available seating so it would have been nice to be taken farther into the restaurant. The food was good though!!

Visited Chayo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar for breakfast and enjoyed the good food and service. The interior had poor acoustics with lots of echo sounds, making it difficult to have a conversation. The water served was lukewarm with no ice, but the tasty food made up for it. The staff was friendly and our server was nice.

We sampled the Chorizo Tacos, Churro French Toast, Breakfast Enchiladas, and Bionic Bowl, and every dish was absolutely delicious with generous portions. Our waitress, Shelby, was outstanding! 👏

The huevos rancheros at Chayo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar in Las Vegas were the best I've ever had. The fried corn tortilla and egg over carnitas were incredibly delicious. My companion ordered the giant avocado toast and enjoyed it as well. We will definitely be returning to try more of their menu.

This was my second time visiting Chayo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar and I was just as impressed as the first time. I ordered the churro French toast and the chicken tingo skillet, both of which were delicious. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio, listening to the music while waiting for our food. The misters and shade made the dining experience more comfortable, especially in the Vegas heat. Our waiter provided great service and our food arrived hot and fresh. The flavors blended well together and everything tasted great. While prices on the strip can be high, the quality of the food here is worth it. The atmosphere is perfect for getting into the Vegas mood. On weekend nights, they have Latin night around midnight where downstairs features Latin music and upstairs plays hip hop, creating a fun club-like atmosphere. There is no cover charge, making this a great option for anyone looking to have a good time. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Vegas.

We enjoyed dining on the patio, perfect for people-watching in the lively environment. The service was prompt and welcoming, and our food was served hot and tasty. The relaxed and casual atmosphere made for a great night out in Las Vegas.

Came here with some friends once while strolling through the area. The food was above average for sure. Laid back and cool atmosphere and the staff seemed to be nice. Not the best though, especially for the price. I remember the bill being a little pricey. The drinks were decent, but not that strong. There are tons of places in the area but if you haven’t been here and want some good food I recommend stopping by at least once so you can form your own opinion.

We were really looking forward to this place after seeing it on social media. Unfortunately we most likely won’t be back for dinner. The food was good at best but far from great. The price definitely did not match what we received. The service was not good as the waitress felt rushed and even forgot to bring us our drinks we eventually received them after we finished our appetizer. Towards the end of our dinner we wanted dessert but we were told the kitchen was closed even though the restaurant closing time is 11pm and we ordered at 10:30. The atmosphere was good because of the location but the vibe felt too much like employees just hanging out and chatting. A few areas of opportunity for improvement for management. Good luck!

Fairly yummy mexican grub in a super convenient location on the strip close to the forum and a vibrant bustling area. I hauled a shrimp ceviche which was overall tasty and pretty good flavor, a light lunch at fairly reasonable price given the location. I must admit, the service is super slow and can be a bit of a pain when you want to make a move to make the most of your day.

This is a very clean nice restaurant but I was the only person in the entire place during lunch time for some reason? Then I noticed the prices for food or drinks and realized why. The bartender was friendly but completely disappeared after making my margarita. The margarita was good but nothing special. They do have a large tequila list if that's your thing.

I had the sweet corn enchiladas which, unfortunately, were too sweet. My friend had French toast which we weren't thrilled with given the cost. Fortunately, our server was very attentive and friendly.

The food was delicious, and arrived quickly. However, we returned the next day and waited for over an hour, so I would recommend avoiding peak times.

We had a great time at the restaurant. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and options to dine inside or outdoors. They have a mechanical bull ride that I didn't take a ride on (haha!) but it provided plenty of entertainment, the food was really delicious - maybe a touch too spicy, yet still really good if you enjoy spicy flavors. The portions were definitely worth the price!

The food at Chayo was really good but the service was terrible. Our server said that a couple of people didn't show up so he was covering a lot more tables than usual, but why are they even putting people at the tables if no one is there to work them. I would probably come back and give them a second chance because it really was delicious, but make sure they have enough people working before getting a table.
