Del Frisco's is on Paradise Road, a short ride from the central Strip and especially convenient to the convention district. The formal dining rooms, eight private spaces, wine cellar and famous James Bond table give it the scale and polish of a classic expense-account steakhouse. Live music Wednesday through Saturday brings additional energy without turning dinner into a nightclub experience.
The menu is built around prime steaks, premium wagyu and large-format cuts, supported by shellfish towers, caviar, crab cakes and other substantial seafood starters. A broad wine list is central to the experience, while the separate bar menu allows a less formal visit.
Prices are high, and the enforced upscale dress code makes this a restaurant to plan rather than enter casually after the pool. It is best for business dinners, milestone celebrations and steak enthusiasts who appreciate old-school service. Visitors staying on the Strip should account for a short rideshare trip.
