About Eataly

Eataly is part Italian marketplace, part food hall, and part collection of full-service restaurants. The open layout at the Las Vegas Boulevard entrance to Park MGM lets visitors move between fresh counters, retail displays, bars, and dining areas instead of committing to a single restaurant format. It works as well for a quick espresso and pastry as it does for a longer pasta-and-wine meal.

Italian food is the through line, with Neapolitan and Roman-style pizza, handmade pasta, sandwiches, seafood, meat, cheese, gelato, coffee, and regional pantry products represented across the different concepts. La Pizza & La Pasta provides a traditional sit-down experience, while the counters make it easy for a group to order from different kitchens and meet at shared tables.

The market component adds another layer for visitors who enjoy browsing imported ingredients, sweets, wine, and gifts. Because the choices range from grab-and-go snacks to polished restaurant dishes, Eataly is especially useful when a group agrees on Italian food but not on the pace, price, or style of the meal.

Cucina del Mercato is our preferred dining choice whenever we're in Las Vegas. The pictures speak for themselves! Their calamari and zucchini fries are always seasoned to perfection, and the roast beef sandwich is bursting with flavor. Even the Italian sodas, such as Aranciata Rossa and MoleCola, offer a delightful, authentic experience. After years of visiting, the quality remains top-notch. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly team make the experience special, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable visit. There's a wide array of menu options catering to all tastes. Definitely a must-visit!

What a nice place! This place offers a wide variety of Italian products, from fresh ingredients to prepared foods. It’s right across the street from MGM Grand, and it has a very nice atmosphere. It is known for its extensive selection of high-quality Italian food and beverages, which is followed by a higher price tag.

Eataly in Las Vegas is a wonderful dining experience for both couples and groups. The variety of options available is truly impressive, and every dish we sampled was delicious. The pizza topped with prosciutto and fresh mozzarella was particularly savory and a definite must-try. The prosciutto sandwich with arugula and fresh mozzarella was also outstanding. The fried shitake mushrooms were a surprising delight with their firm and earthy texture. The meatballs were a standout with their meaty and cheesy flavor, and the sauce was a perfect complement. While the spinach ricotta mezsalunas were good, we felt that they could have had a bit more filling. Overall, Eataly is a fantastic choice for a satisfying meal in Las Vegas.

What To Do Near Eataly

A meal at Eataly leaves several possibilities for the rest of the day. Consider Haus of Gaga / Las Vegas first, then look at Gran Caffè Milano for another place within the nearby guide. The Reserve at Park MGM can help complete the outing when you are not ready to move on.
