Service here is top-notch, with bartenders who are extremely attentive. I typically prefer dining at the bar, and on this visit, I tried their beer sampler, a great way to explore the wide variety of draft options available—all of which were excellent. I specifically wanted to taste the bone marrow burger and decided to order the strip steak accompanied by bone marrow butter as well. Both dishes were flawlessly cooked and absolutely delicious. The broccolini, paired with a flavorful pesto sauce, was also a standout. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'm eager to return.

Our experience at this American eatery was fantastic! The burgers were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, the truffle fries were a treat, and the sangria was both refreshing and well-balanced. Despite handling everything solo, Erika provided impressively fast and efficient service. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was both inviting and enjoyable. We’re eagerly looking forward to our next visit for another wonderful meal! Highly recommend!

Eureka, located right on Fremont Street, is conveniently close to the Fremont Street Experience, Container Park, and various nightlife venues. The establishment offers a wide variety of beers and has skilled mixology bartenders who can craft excellent cocktails. Before attending an event at the Downtown Event Center, we chose to sit at the bar. We ordered the bison burger and pastrami quesadilla, both without cheese due to lactose intolerance. Our dietary restrictions were accommodated, which was greatly appreciated. Both dishes were well-cooked and well-presented. Service was excellent, with attentive staff checking in periodically. The food menu is bar-focused with many fried options, but there are also healthier choices like salads and grilled items. Eureka also has a loyalty program that offers a $10 voucher for your next visit when you sign up and use the same credit card you add to your account for your dining purchase. This establishment is a regular stop whenever visiting the downtown area. The price point is reasonable, and there are happy hour specials as well.

I love a spot that makes its own ranch—ideal for dipping. The mac and cheese balls and fried peppers were excellent appetizers. While the dry rub on the chicken was a bit too salty for my taste, the wings themselves were perfectly cooked.

Eureka in Las Vegas is a well-oiled machine from front of house to back. During a recent lunch visit, we enjoyed the spinach dip, bone marrow burger with truffle fries, double smash burger, and chocolate dessert. Everything is made from scratch and it truly shows in the quality of the dishes. The spinach dip was delightful with fresh spinach and artichoke chunks. The bone marrow burger was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor, making it one of the best burgers I've had at a restaurant. The smash burgers were also flavorful and delicious. The chocolate dessert was rich and satisfying without being overwhelming. The bartender at Eureka knows their stuff, as the drinks were expertly made and garnished. Overall, I couldn't find a single thing wrong with our experience.
