Eureka

Eureka in Las Vegas is amazing. The food is exciting, fresh, and delicious, with a huge selection of drinks. It would definitely be one of my favorite hangout spots if I lived nearby. The fig burger was incredible, the mac and cheese balls had the perfect mix of crispy outside and gooey inside, and the Brussels sprouts were glazed in something addictively tasty.

From the front of the house to the back, Eureka in Las Vegas is running like a well-oiled machine! During our lunch visit, we started with the spinach dip as an appetizer, followed by the bone marrow burger with truffle fries, a double smash burger, and a chocolate dessert. Each dish was clearly made from scratch, and the quality definitely showed. The spinach dip was a standout, with fresh spinach and artichoke chunks. The bone marrow burger was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor, making it one of the best burgers I've had at a restaurant. The smash burgers were also delicious and full of taste. The chocolate dessert was rich and decadent, just the right amount to satisfy without overwhelming. The bartender at Eureka clearly knows their craft, serving up flavorful and perfectly garnished drinks. Overall, I couldn't find a single thing wrong with our experience at Eureka if I tried.

A group of us stumbled into Eureka around 6:30pm on a Saturday night after discovering our original dining choice had a long wait. The restaurant had plenty of seating, sports on the TV, and a lively atmosphere. We all tried the Tipsy Pig Old Fashioned, which was bacon infused and included maple syrup. It was delicious. Each of us ordered a different burger and they were all fantastic. The truffle cheese fries outshined the Mac and Cheese bites as a side dish. Overall, the burgers were excellent and the prices were very reasonable. They also offer a military discount, which is a nice touch. The service was top-notch. I highly recommend Eureka for burger enthusiasts visiting Fremont Street.

We picked this place based on Google reviews before we stopped for lunch. Nice ambiance. Good food options. I'd consider this a great date spot. Staff was very kind and seemed to genuinely care about our dining experience.
