Fogo de Chão is inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort. The large dining room accommodates celebrations and groups well, but the central Strip setting and premium menu make it a substantial meal in both time and cost.
The signature experience combines continuous tableside service of fire-roasted cuts with access to the Market Table of salads, vegetables, cured meats and cheeses. Guests can also order à la carte at Bar Fogo, where shareable plates and all-day happy-hour drinks provide a less expensive and less time-consuming alternative to the full churrasco.
Come hungry and pace the first round rather than filling up immediately on sides. It is best for meat lovers, groups and special occasions; vegetarians can build a meal from the Market Table, but they will not receive the same value from the flagship experience.
