Harvest

This is an amazing restaurant that you don't want to miss. We celebrated my birthday dinner here and it's my second time dining here. The chef and his team put so much effort into preparing your dinner, I walked away thinking this is the BEST dinner I have had in a very long time. We ordered the Salomon Riloutte and Pork Belly Wraps to start, followed by the chicken and wild mushrooms. This was such a lovely meal -- I cannot wait to return!

Harvest is a fantastic restaurant that caters to the vegan community. The service is top-notch with friendly and professional staff. The food is fresh, well-prepared, and the portion sizes are just right. I highly recommend this establishment for vegans looking for a great dining experience.

Our first night in Las Vegas, we decided to dine at Harvest by Roy Ellamar. The martini had a bitter and smoky profile, reminiscent of burnt espresso. The scallop was slightly overcooked. While the service was commendable, considering the price, the overall experience with the food left us a bit disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Harvest Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed! The farm-to-table concept was evident in the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The menu offered creative and flavorful dishes that exceeded my expectations. The service was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it perfect for a night out with friends or a special occasion. Overall, Harvest Restaurant exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to go back!

Celebrating a special occasion at Harvest by Roy Ellamar in Las Vegas was a fantastic experience. The servers were prompt and kind, delivering wonderful service. The chicken was deliciously briny, perfectly complemented by its sauce. The steak was cooked to perfection—highly recommend trying it with the béarnaise sauce. The panna cotta was the best ever tasted. Bravo!

Overall a good experience. This restaurant doesn't get as much love as some of the others on property and is quietly tucked away on the way to the tram. It's a nice little gem. Food: Very good. Every item was fresh and delicious but $$$. Service : the staff was super attentive and professional. Only hiccup was the high chair they gave us looked like Armageddon had been on it so we had to clean it for them prior to using it. They do a poor job of advertising or showing off the menu. Its better than it looks and sounds. We would be back again next trip.

Wow! What an amazing meal. I went with a group of friends and we had the best time. All of the dishes were top notch and the service was excellent. Ten ten recommend. My favorite was the crudite and the scallops. I cannot wait to visit Harvest again.

Set menu, YELLOWTAIL CRUDO, 8OZ HANGER STAKE, TOFFEE PUDDING were ordered. We also The TOFFEE PUDDING for dessert was very tasty and generous. ordered an additional order of mashed potatoes.

Over the top fabulous dinner. Unbelievable service from all staff. David was phenomenal. Our dinners were prepared perfectly. Steak and scallops melt in your mouth. We also had the toffee dessert. So delicious. We also appreciated the location, quieter than most of the main thoroughfare restaurants. Highly recommend this restaurant.

There just wasn't a whole lot of variety for our family's preferences. I decided to eat light, so I got the asparagus and leek soup and it was way thicker than I expected, plus the flavor was mostly cream tasting. I also ordered the tempura veggies, and they were really pickled and very fried. Not like the tempura batter I'm used to in Japanese restaurants. Also, the roasted tandoor veggies lacked flavor and was dry. On a positive note, the roasted half chicken was tasty, as well as the seared octopus.

I feel like that higher end, fine dining, steak house classification of restaurants have the cheat code of tons of butter and salt and indulgence to achieve a goal of flavor and indulgence. Harvest is able to satisfy your palette with balance. I’m talking surprising acidic pickled vegetables, fresh seasonal proteins, and high quality ingredients. From the fresh pita made to order, the lobster from Maine fished out of the tank, & the tempura pickled vegetables- I felt no guilt but all indulgence of flavors and textures. Dessert how ever was the perfect decadence with perfectly sweet creme brûlée and fresh coconut ice cream. Their cocktail program is also second to none.

This place had such a vibe. Loved all the workers so nice and helpful. Loved the rustic feel to this place. Food was so good, drinks even better 😋 definitely a must try if you are in Vegas!
