About Kassi Beach

Kassi sits beside the pool at Virgin Hotels, a short rideshare east of the Strip. Indoor and patio seating evoke a Mediterranean beach house, and select tables connect directly to the pool environment during the warm-weather season.

The menu covers coastal Italian and Greek-influenced dishes, including pasta, mezze and shareable plates, supported by spritzes and a cocktail-focused brunch. Wednesday house-party programming, weekend late hours and the adjacent seasonal 21+ Kassi Beach Club shift the atmosphere toward nightlife.

Kassi is best for social brunches, groups and visitors who want a relaxed meal that can become a party. Pool access and restaurant reservations are separate, outdoor conditions are seasonal, and guests seeking a quiet dinner should avoid programmed party periods.

Very chill vibe. Food was amazing, from the vodka pasta to the tenderloin steak. I highly recommend if you’re at the hotel/casino and need a bite to eat! Prices aren’t crazy high and the service is incredible. I can’t recommend enough!

Visited for restaurant week and had an amazing experience! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was top-notch, and the drinks were outstanding! Absolutely loved the decor, and there's even direct access to the pool if you're staying at the Virgin. But even if you're not, it's definitely worth a visit. Had a great time and will definitely return!

Visited Kassi Beach House on a Monday afternoon around 3pm without reservations and easily got a seat with only a few other tables occupied. We chose to sit inside, which still felt like being outdoors due to the layout leading out to the pool. The vibe and decor of the restaurant gave off a fancy beach club in Mexico feel. We ordered calamari, grilled octopus, and oysters but they were out of oysters. We opted for tuna crudo instead, which was a bit bland. The calamari and grilled octopus were good, not overcooked. For our main dishes, we had cacio e pepe with steak and bolognese. Both were very salty, but the steak was cooked perfectly. The service was great and the food was good, although nothing particularly stood out. If I were ever at Virgin Hotel, I would consider dining here again. However, I wouldn't make a special trip just for this restaurant.
