This Lotus of Siam is inside Red Rock Resort in Summerlin, about 20 minutes west of the Strip by car in normal traffic. The polished dining room is larger and more resort-oriented than the original location, making it comfortable for date nights, business dinners and groups. Reservations are sensible, particularly on weekends.
Northern Thai specialties are the reason to visit, with aromatic curries, crispy garlic prawns, noodles and dishes built around herbs, chile and layered sauces.
