About Off the Strip The LINQ Hotel + Experience

Despite the name, the restaurant is directly on The LINQ Promenade in the center of the Strip. Its two floors, open kitchen, indoor dining and patio create a flexible setting for families, groups and sports fans, while three bars give the room more evening energy than a standard casual bistro.

The menu favors recognizable American comfort food with some lighter alternatives, making it useful when a group cannot agree on a specialized cuisine. It is a practical pre-show or High Roller meal, and reservations help at busy dinner times.

Come for convenience, broad appeal and a lively bar scene rather than cutting-edge cooking. Patio seats are worthwhile in mild weather, and the upper areas can work well for groups or drinks after dinner.

Visited Off The Strip for dinner and overall, the food was decent. The Caesar salad was a highlight, but the chicken dish left much to be desired - bland and over-cooked. On the bright side, the fried shrimp was delicious. Cocktails were solid and were a nice touch to the meal. The restaurant wasn't too crowded at 4pm, providing a relaxed dining experience.

Off the Strip restaurant, located next to the LINQ hotel and accessible from the promenade, is a solid choice for dining in Las Vegas. The wedge salad is a standout dish that keeps me coming back. The service is friendly, but be aware that it tends to be faster during lunch than at dinner.

I enjoyed this casual restaurant in Vegas while in town for a conference. I dined alone and enjoyed the lobster ravioli. The service was a little slow, and the restaurant wasn’t very packed. However, the food was delicious. The prices were reasonably priced for the strip.
