Sid’s Café at the Westgate Hotel and Resort didn't live up to expectations. Despite the inviting ambiance, the food was disappointing, particularly given the high prices. The dishes lacked flavor and quality, which is surprising for a venue in such a prominent resort. While the presentation was passable, the taste was bland and uninspired, leaving the impression that the ingredients weren’t as fresh or thoughtfully prepared as they should be. Considering the cost, I anticipated more in terms of both taste and portion size. It's disheartening to leave a restaurant feeling dissatisfied, especially when it presents itself as upscale. Although the service was courteous, it wasn’t enough to compensate for the mediocre food. I wouldn’t recommend Sid’s Café if you're seeking a meal that justifies the price. Las Vegas offers many other dining options that provide better value and flavor.

During my visit to Las Vegas, my friend and I decided to dine at Sid's Cafe located in the Westgate. Despite it being close to closing time, we were warmly welcomed and served by Rome, who provided excellent hospitality. We both enjoyed the delicious quesadilla, which had a unique twist compared to the ones in my hometown of Texas. On our final day, Stephanie served us a wonderful breakfast, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Average hotel cafe food paired with obvious management issues. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff was not particularly enthusiastic about being there. It took a while for our waiter to take our order, and he seemed in a rush to move on to the next table. Service was lackluster overall. The staff as a whole appeared disinterested and lacking in hospitality. Shortly after being seated, I was rudely told not to move my head by an accented server carrying a full tray past me. Not the warmest welcome. As if on cue, the manager made an appearance during our meal and simply frowned at my empty drink glass before disappearing into the back. The server quickly refilled my drink and hurried off to take another order. When a manager is critical and unhelpful, it creates a negative atmosphere for the staff and customers alike. It's no surprise that the employees didn't seem thrilled to be there.
