The Capital Grille is on the third level of Fashion Show, across Las Vegas Boulevard from Wynn. The club-like dining room and professional service suit business meals, dates and celebrations, while the mall location is easier to reach than a restaurant deep inside a casino.
Dry-aged steaks, lobster, crab cakes and classic sides follow the polished American steakhouse formula. The wine program is a major strength, and seasonal prix-fixe or wine events may provide a structured way to order.
Expect fine-dining prices and reserve for dinner. It is dependable rather than uniquely Las Vegas, making it best for guests who value consistency, service and a serious wine list.
