The Charcoal Room is inside Palace Station, a short drive west of the Strip. The dark contemporary room is intimate enough for a date but accessible to neighborhood diners who want a traditional steakhouse without central-Strip crowds.
Steaks and seafood are supported by oysters, lobster bisque and classic sides. A daily small-bites happy hour offers oysters, crab cakes, sliders and discounted wine, making the bar a practical lower-cost introduction.
