The Kitchen Table is inside Rio and gives the renovated resort a dedicated daytime dining room. The design mixes nostalgic breakfast-café cues with a cleaner contemporary look, suitable for families and groups.
Crab Cake Benny, specialty pancakes, skillets and a Hangover Burger lead a menu built for substantial mornings. Bloody Marys, mimosas, spritzes and coffee extend the visit into brunch.
This is best for a relaxed breakfast when staying at Rio. It is more ambitious than a basic casino café, though travelers elsewhere on the Strip may not need to make a separate trip.
