About Zaytinya

Zaytinya is in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, with direct access near the shopping center's Strip valet. Rockwell Group designed the expansive room around mosaic tile, hand-painted lighting, a fireplace and a blue-glass bar inspired by the Greek evil eye.

José Andrés's menu is built for sharing, moving from hummus, labneh and baba ghannouge to pide, grilled octopus, kebabs and lamb chops. The Las Vegas location also offers composed main courses, so guests can mix communal mezze with individual entrées rather than committing to only small plates.

This is best for date nights, stylish group dinners and diners who want vegetable-forward choices alongside grilled meat and seafood. Ordering several rounds makes the experience more interesting but can raise the total quickly; the Mediterranean happy hour is worth checking for cocktails and selected bites.
