Spa Costa del Sur at The South Point

Upon entering Spa Costa del Sur at The South Point in Las Vegas, I was disappointed to not receive a greeting from any of the staff. Despite trying to initiate a conversation, I did not receive a response. I ultimately made a purchase because I was with someone who wanted to buy something as well. Throughout my time in the store, no staff member offered assistance. One of the hosts, named Ishalag, was especially lacking in customer service. It is important for all guests to be treated with respect when visiting a business.

Great experience at Spa Costa del Sur at The South Point in Las Vegas. The showers were a highlight, each with a unique aroma like citrus & nectar, kiwi cucumber, eucalyptus, and lemongrass & green tea. The hot sauna had a water bowl to increase heat & humidity, and the steam room was also enjoyable. We paid $75 for a “couples fee” which granted access to the co-ed spa room with its own sauna, steam room, and waterfall hot tub. Single spa use was priced at $30. The only suggestions I have for management are to add a timer, like a simple sand timer, to the sauna and to improve ventilation in the couples spa room, as the odor was a bit chemical and stuffy. Keep in mind that no pictures are allowed in the spa, so lobby photos will have to suffice. Overall, a great experience at Spa Costa del Sur.

I have visited many spas and experienced numerous couples packages, and I must say that Spa Costa del Sur at The South Point in Las Vegas ranks in my top three. During our couples package, we enjoyed a massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure, all of which were fantastic. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The facility itself is outstanding. Separate areas for men and women with an exclusive section for couples offer privacy and comfort. The men's side, which I assume is mirrored on the women's side, provided complimentary water and juices, a changing room with secure lockers, and a men's-only spa area with a variety of hydrotherapy options. The men's spa also featured special showers, a hot tub, cool tub, dry spa, wet spa, and a comfortable lounge area with refreshments and large flat screens. The restroom was well-maintained and stocked with hygiene products, disposable combs, and shower essentials. In the couples spa area, we enjoyed showers, a lavish hot tub with fountains, a dry spa, and a wet spa. The setting was elegant and relaxing, ensuring a peaceful experience. The massage and beauty salon areas were immaculate, and the employees provided engaging conversation. Overall, I had a wonderful time at Spa Costa del Sur and highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit. While I could only capture photos of the lobby due to restrictions on photography within the spa, the overall experience surpassed my expectations.

Nice experience. Loved the showers. Each shower had a different aroma scent. I.e. body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Scents were: -citrus & nectar -kiwi cucumber -eucalyptus -lemongrass & green tea Nice hot sauna with water bowl to increase heat & humidity. Stream room was nice too. We paid $75 for “couples fee”. My only note to management was to add a timer (simple sand timer) to the sauna. I know I’m not alone when it comes to wanting to know how long you’ve been in there for. Also the ventilation in the couples spa room felt poor. It smelt pretty chemically and stuffy. No pictures are allowed in the spa so I got lobby photos.

I entered the Spa store and not 1 host greet me as the customer, therefore I spoken to say hello but no reply back. I started not to shop but I was with someone who purchased an item and so did I. After being in the store not once the host if we needed any help. There were 5 people working and one of host name were Ishalag. Poor customer service to a guest. Everyone is equal for Respect when entering a store of business.

I visited with a friend and enjoyed a package. Between us we added on a few things and had an amazing experience. We enjoyed facials and massages, pedicures. We left rejuvenated, relaxed and happy. Best massages we ever had, and we've had plenty between us. The staff were all experienced and exceptional in professionalism and service. Highly recommend.
