To begin with, imposing a mandatory 20% tip is unacceptable. Tips should reflect the quality of service and be at the customer's discretion, not enforced automatically. Furthermore, the spa lacks amenities for couples, such as a shared hot tub or sauna, which would enhance the experience when booking services together. Lastly, it's disappointing there are no discounts, including military ones, despite us booking a total of six services in one day.

Spa Orleans is the best small spa in Vegas with reasonable prices for a day pass. The facility has been freshly remodeled and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax. Just remember to shower before getting into the hot tub! The spa is clothing optional, so there is no need to bring a bathing suit for either the men's or women's side. I suggest planning for at least an hour and a half of relaxation. My only complaint is that they do not have a cold dip pool, which would make the experience perfect.

What I Disliked
The massage and spa amenities at Spa Orleans were top-notch, earning a 4 or 5-star rating. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and they were able to accommodate a last-minute appointment. Unfortunately, the beauty shop at the spa did not meet expectations. The gel manicure I received was a disaster. The technician was sloppy, causing the polish to end up all over my skin and cuticles. She struggled to clean up the mess and ended up applying too many coats of polish, leaving my nails thick and looking like acrylic gels rather than a shellac manicure. I was so dissatisfied with the service that I refused to pay. It was unacceptable to charge $55 for a service that was so poorly executed. I spent additional time after the appointment fixing the manicure myself. I was truly shocked by the poor quality of service at this salon and would not recommend it to anyone.

What I Disliked
I was disappointed with my recent visit to Spa Orleans in Las Vegas. The automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill was frustrating, as gratuity should be based on the customer's experience. Additionally, there were limited options for couples looking to enjoy spa services together - a hot tub and sauna for couples would have been a nice touch. Lastly, I was surprised that there were no discounts offered, especially considering my husband and I had multiple services done in one day. Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed by the experience at Spa Orleans.

The massage and spa amenities at Spa Orleans were top-notch, deserving a 4 or 5-star rating. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and they were able to accommodate me on short notice. Unfortunately, my experience in the beauty shop was quite the opposite. I went in for a gel manicure and was thoroughly disappointed. The nail technician seemed inexperienced and ended up making a mess. Despite my requests for her to clean up the polish before curing it, she didn't listen and the end result was thick, uneven nails that looked more like acrylics than a shellac manicure. I was so unhappy with the service that I refused to pay for it. It took me an additional 20 minutes after leaving the salon to fix the poor job she had done. It's surprising to me that a business like this is able to stay open, as I have never had such a terrible salon experience.
