What I Disliked
Made an appointment two days ago. Go to check in for our appointment and they do not see our name for the reservation. All of our information was in the system though. This is very disappointing and not great customer service. Hopefully this doesn't happen again but I won't be going to them or recommending anyone.

Not the best spa in Vegas but the massage was actually really good. They just need to modernize the place a bit.
