MINDFUL FRIDAYS AT SPA AQUAE

Spa Aquae invites guests to set aside time for self-care and indulge in special offers for popular “short and sweet” treatments every Friday through the end of the holiday season. All mindful treatments include access to the spa and a complimentary glass of bubbles at check in. 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. appointments are available upon request. Quickie Pedi

For $40, the 25-minute quickie pedicure includes a soak, nail shaping and classic polish change. *Does not include scrub or massage *This pedicure does not include gel polish – if arriving with gel, please book a removal service to ensure we have enough time to perfect your toes.

Guests can ease into the holiday season with a soothing and age-defying 50-minute treatment featuring the green jade calm collagen mask and a custom cocktail of performance grade boosters to calm and brighten the skin and spirit. Starts at $260.

Wrapped in Gratitude Body Experience

Spa visitors can embrace gratitude with a meditative body wrap designed to elicit appreciation for the gifts in their life. This 75-minute wrap includes a full-body application of soothing serum, green jade collagen face mask and therapeutic scalp treatment. Starts at $320.

Gemclinical Manicure

Target signs of aging, dehydration and pigmentation with a gemstone serum booster in this results-oriented, 50-minute manicure. Includes a hydrating green jade infused collagen eye treatment. Starts at $110.

Deck the Halls Collagen Enhancement

Guests can treat their skin to the calming energy of a green jade collagen face mask and a firming 24K gold collagen neck and décolleté as an enhancement to any massage, body or skin treatment. Starts at $140.

HANUKKAH MENU

Market Place Buffet

In celebration of Hanukkah, Market Place Buffet will offer an abundance of festive dishes in addition to their dinner buffet menu from Thursday, Dec. 7 through Friday, Dec. 15. Soup and salad offerings include matzo ball soup, turkey salad, pickled herring, egg salad and matzo crackers. Hot dishes include potato latkes, noodle kugel, tzimmes, baked chicken with caramelized onions, pulled BBQ brisket sliders and beef stew. At the carving station, the buffet will feature rotisserie herb chicken, beef knockwurst and roasted turkey. Dessert will include challah bread pudding, assorted macaroons and beignet black. The Market Place Buffet is open for dinner Thursday through Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

CHRISTMAS DAY MENUS AND HOURS

Earl Grey Café

For $29.99 per person, guests can enjoy a specialty menu this Christmas Day at Earl Grey Café. The menu will be offered from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and includes:

Appetizer (choose one):

Citrus Champagne Salad – Spring mix, pistachio, goat cheese, pomegranate arils and citrus champagne vinaigrette.

Heirloom Cauliflower Soup

Entrée (choose one):

Rosemary Garlic Leg of Lamb – Burgundy au jus, tri-colored fingerling potatoes, roasted baby Italian squash, zucchini and mint jelly. 

Herb-Crusted Prime Rib – Burgundy au jus, tri-colored fingerling potatoes, roasted baby Italian squash and zucchini. 

Dessert:

Christmas Yule Log – Yellow sponge cake and chocolate buttercream frosting.

Hawthorn Grill

This Christmas Day, Hawthorn Grill will offer a three-course menu from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. for $125 per person plus tax. The three-course menu includes:

Appetizer (choose one):

Octopus Carpaccio – Sweet potato purée, purple potato chips, olive pate, olive mousse and blood orange dressing. 

Shaved Vegetable Salad – Endive, arugula, beets, turnip, heirloom carrots, candied macadamia nuts, pomegranate dressing and Manchego cheese. 

Entrée (choose one):

Beef Wellington – Prosciutto, mushroom duxelles, creamed spinach and winter truffle.

Monk Fish – Fingerling potatoes, orange and purple cauliflower cream, Napa cabbage, fried artichokes and cranberry orange sauce.

Dessert (choose one):

Tart Cherry Sticky Toffee Pudding – Spiced toffee sauce and vanilla bean Chantilly.

Pistachio Semifreddo – Burnt sugar espresso sauce.

Jade Asian Kitchen

Open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Christmas Day, Jade will offer its regular menu of flavorful Asian dishes. Guests should note Jade will not offer its happy hour menu this day.

Market Place Buffet

Market Place Buffet will offer an all-day buffet from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. this Christmas Day. The offering is available for $54.99 plus tax for guests 13 and older. Children 12 and under are $27.99 plus tax. The buffet will include holiday specialties at the carvery station such as herb-crusted prime rib, cherry glazed ham, candied yams, Yukon gold potato mash, green bean almondine, sliced white and dark turkey, apple chicken stuffing and more. The Market Place Buffet will also offer soups du jour, fresh veggies and salads from its farm stand, Euro-centric dishes, other international dishes and a plethora of holiday desserts.

Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro

Spiedini will be open from 5 to 9 p.m. on Christmas Day. The destination will offer its regular menu of savory Italian comfort classics, including antipasto dishes, veal parm and everything in between. Guests should note Spiedini will not offer its happy hour menu this day.

Clubhouse Deli and Room Service

The Clubhouse Deli and room service for hotel guests will be open with regular hours of operation on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

This New Year’s Eve, Hawthorn Grill will offer a high-end five-course menu from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $165 per person plus tax. Additionally, the evening will include live entertainment and party favors. The five-course menu includes:

Market Place Buffet will host a private New Year’s Eve party for Elite players, who will enjoy an upgraded dinner menu from 4 to 8 p.m. Walk-up guests that evening can dine on the special New Year’s Eve buffet for $95 per person. On New Year’s Day, the Market Place Buffet will host an upscale brunch in lieu of its regular breakfast offering. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., guests can enjoy the brunch for $55 per person. The buffet will also offer an upscale dinner on New Year’s Day from 4 to 8 p.m., available for $65 per person.

Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro

Spiedini will be open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. The destination will offer special menu additions this evening, including Beef Carpaccio alla Cipriani with chives and parmesan; Gnocchi with lamb ragù; Seafood Mafaldine with shrimp, mussels, calamari and clams; a New York Strip with braised potato and truffle butter; and Prosciutto-Wrapped Monkfish with celery root purée, leeks and sage.

Starbucks

Starbucks will remain open until 9 p.m. on New Year’s Eve.

Hawthorn Grill Prime Rib Sunday Dinner Special

Every Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m., visitors are invited to enjoy Hawthorn Grill’s certified Angus prime rib special for $91 per person plus tax. The offering includes a 14-ounce CAB prime rib, whipped potatoes, creamed spinach, au jus, creamy horseradish and Yorkshire pudding.

Market Place Buffet

Two-for-One Buffet, Dec. 18

Guests earning 50 same-day points at Rampart Casino will receive a two-for-one offer at the Market Place Buffet on Monday, Dec. 18. Regularly priced at $31.99 for all day entry, the buffet is open 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Summerlin Room

On Wednesday, Dec. 20 the buffet inside the Summerlin Room will offer an elevated menu of holiday delights from 5 to 7 p.m. Rampart Rewards Player’s Club levels Summerlin, Premier and Elite required to enter.
