Initially, I had some reservations about choosing this place due to the varied reviews online. We ended up in a non-renovated room, so my expectations were uncertain. To my delight, our experience was excellent, with everything running smoothly. The room was spacious and spotless, although a bit old-fashioned in certain areas—a clean environment was the main thing for us. We were fortunate to have a pleasant view of the strip from our room. The elevator situation was quite efficient, with three out of four servicing floors 1-20, and minimal wait times even with other guests around. Dining options were impressive, and Kiss Mini Golf provided a fun diversion. The casino offered various gaming opportunities. The rideshare pickup zone was conveniently accessible and even had seating arrangements. Parking was plentiful, with two garages and an expansive lot at the rear. Although the strip is about a mile away, easily walkable, we often opted for an Uber to conserve energy. Overall, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and I'm eager to return in the future, hopefully booking a renovated room to see the upgrades firsthand.

Initially, my visit started off well, thanks to a fantastic massage therapist. However, the experience quickly deteriorated due to shortcomings in the facilities and management. On a Saturday afternoon, the spa was significantly understaffed, making it difficult to find any employees, particularly male staff. This forced me to return to the front desk in my robe to address problems in the men's locker room. There was no call button for assistance inside, and the lack of supplies, along with uncleared robes and towels, resulted in wet floors throughout. Additionally, there was no introductory tour, leading to confusion about using the showers – the instructions were unclear, and a stuck knob added to the frustration (tip: you need to pull it out before turning). Also, remember to bring a bag for your wet swimwear.

After a fantastic massage at the Venetian Canyon Ranch Spa a few weeks ago, my visit to The Spa At Green Valley Ranch was underwhelming. I asked for a deep tissue massage to relieve my workout-related pain and knots, expecting some intensity due to it being my first time with this type of massage. Unfortunately, the session, while soothing, was too mild and felt more like a prelude to the deeper work that never occurred. I wished the therapist had checked in about the pressure, as I didn't realize the session was nearly over until it concluded. Additionally, the head oil service was poorly executed—oil was poured onto my head with minimal effort to massage it in, something I could've done better myself. It's disappointing, especially since the spa is conveniently located near my home, but it seems I'll need to travel to the Strip for a satisfying experience. For the price, I expected much more; the value felt like it should be half of what I paid. On a brighter note, the snacks were delightful. The shrimp and avocado salad was excellent, and the drinks were perfectly crafted!

During our stay at Tuscany Suites and Casino, we found the hotel to be satisfactory, but our spa experience was extremely disappointing. I had paid in advance for a spa session, which included a gratuity, but had to cancel due to a medical emergency. Despite my situation, the spa was unwilling to issue a refund or allow me to reschedule. I communicated with a spa employee who promised to handle the refund after I provided proof of my status as a disabled veteran. Unfortunately, more than a week has passed and no refund has been received. The spa's poor customer service and lack of reliability suggest that it is not to be trusted. There are many superior spa alternatives available, including one right across the street. I urge potential visitors to reconsider before booking here, as you may encounter similar issues.

Yana truly exceeded my expectations! On my wedding day, she transformed me in a way that made me feel stunning. Typically, I don’t wear much makeup, but she perfectly captured what I was looking for. The entire experience was so pleasant and Yana made sure I felt at ease. I also cherished the lovely chats we had, and she even included my sister in our conversations, which added to the wonderful atmosphere.

We decided to spend a day exploring the amenities. The JW had a special offer that we used. The staff were outstanding, attentive, and the facilities were immaculate. Though pressed for time and unable to book any treatments, we took advantage of the co-ed pool and lounge, steam room, and showers. The amenities were comprehensive. While the waterfall was stunning, I found it a bit too noisy. The view of the hotel tower wasn't to my liking, but that might just be a personal preference. The little touches throughout were delightful. It would have been nice to have a full-length mirror in the men's dressing room. The faucets in the men's shower area were motion-activated and had a brief runtime, so the water wasn't warm enough for shaving. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and next time, I plan to book a massage to fully enjoy the spa.

Last week, during our weekend trip to Las Vegas, we decided to get pedicures at Bellagio Spa & Salon. The staff was highly professional and the space was spotless. Currently, renovations are underway, placing the pedicure tubs in a rather central spot within the salon. While this didn't bother me, those seeking a specific ambiance might want to consider this. My technician excelled at making my feet feel incredibly smooth. One downside was the absence of dryers, which meant I had to head to lunch with my polish not fully dry, allowing it to finish setting while I ate. Overall, it was a positive experience, though I'm uncertain if the cost matched the service received.
