My family and I booked several treatments at Spa Costa del Sur for a day of relaxation. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the scheduling and service that left us feeling disappointed. Initially, my wife's nail appointment was unexpectedly moved to before her massage, which meant she couldn't have them painted as planned. Additionally, despite booking a female massage therapist for my wife, she was surprised with a male therapist instead. When brought to the attention of the supervisor, Romaina, she only offered a 20% discount on the massage portion of the treatment. We found this response to be inadequate given the circumstances and the amount of money we had spent. Overall, we were not satisfied with how the situation was handled and as a result, we do not plan on returning to Spa Costa del Sur. We would not recommend this spa to others based on our experience.

The Bathhouse Spa at Delano provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip. When booking your appointment, be sure to request to be connected to this specific spa instead of being directed to the one at Mandalay Bay. Although on the smaller side, the Bathhouse Spa is beautifully modern and offers all the amenities you could need. My family and I recently visited for the first time, and while my husband is a regular for massages, my daughter and I opted for nail services. The nail technicians, Janet and Marie, were incredibly professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. We highly recommend requesting them for your nail services.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Spa Aquae. The attendants were not very welcoming or helpful, and I even had my robe mistakenly thrown in the laundry with my prescription glasses. The 80-minute massage was just okay, especially considering the $300 price tag. The aqua water therapy circuit was lacking, with no attendant assistance for timing or guidance. Some options were not working, so it felt like I only had access to the sauna, steam room, and indoor hot tub. The outdoor lounge was too cold during my visit, and there were no heaters available. Overall, not the relaxing and luxurious experience I was hoping for.

The capacity at the spa is limited to ensure privacy and calm, with soothing music and relaxing aromas throughout. The highly skilled and experienced massage therapists provide exceptional services, allowing you to request your preference for gender. A day pass or massage purchase grants access to the gym, spa, and bathhouse amenities for the entire day. While the services and amenities are top-notch, some may find issue with the customer service. Despite friendly staff and quick appointment scheduling, there may be issues with accommodating late arrivals or refund policies. However, the overall experience at The Spa at Encore is exceptional and highly recommended for a relaxing retreat in Las Vegas.

The massage at The Spa at Excalibur was decent, but not as deep tissue as expected. The price of $225 for 80 minutes seemed high compared to off-strip options. The environment was pleasant and clean, but some amenities were unavailable due to renovations, which were not apparent during the visit. Overall, the convenience of being located in the hotel may not justify the higher cost.

Amina Spa may not be the most extravagant spa in Las Vegas, but it has clean facilities and top-notch services. I had the best massage ever thanks to Virginia! I also appreciated the way the lockers were designed to help store and organize items, such as keeping shoes separated from clothes.

Spa Mandalay at Mandalay Bay is a great spa option on the Strip. While it may not be the most luxurious or up-to-date, the prices are unbeatable, with most services priced under $200. The spa is large and spacious, offering a variety of amenities. One of the highlights is the new 3-nozzle steamer in the steam room, which, despite being a bit temperamental, provides a gloriously detoxifying experience. The hot tub with an island waterfall adds a touch of class, although some may find the jets to be a bit weak. The staff at Spa Mandalay is courteous and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout. The spa is conveniently located next to the pool entrance, allowing guests to enjoy some sunshine between treatments. Overall, if you're seeking a relaxing day in Vegas, Spa Mandalay is worth considering.

During my recent visit to Harrah's Spa in Las Vegas, my friend and I booked facials and massages on March 8th. Unfortunately, our experience was cut short when we discovered slimy mold in the facilities. The services themselves were average, but we were looking forward to relaxing in the spa afterwards. However, we were horrified to find mold lining the shower stalls. I raised my concerns with the front desk staff and showed them pictures of the issue. They were shocked and promptly provided me with the contact information for the spa manager, Sparkle. Despite my efforts to communicate the problem via email and text, I received a disappointing response days later stating that the issue was not mold but missing grout. I can confidently differentiate between the two and was also concerned about the lack of regular cleaning of the facial equipment. To add to the frustration, I have yet to receive a refund for the services, which amounts to $560. Furthermore, the lack of response to the OSHA violations is also concerning. I urge potential visitors to carefully examine the pictures and determine for themselves whether the spa facilities at Harrah's Spa are up to standard. It is alarming that mold was present in the facilities for weeks without being noticed by the staff.
