Fantastic family entertainment! We had an enjoyable experience at Cyber Quest in Las Vegas. The guest service provided by Isaac was top-notch. We took advantage of signing up for a rewards card and registering for free.
Extremely disappointed with my experience at Rio Spa and Salon. The hotel is in desperate need of a complete and urgent update. As one of the older hotels in Vegas still in operation, there's no excuse for it to be so outdated and rundown. The check-in kiosks were not working and there were long lines at the understaffed check-in desks. The room was like stepping back into the 70s with old, mismatched furniture, worn lamp shades, and dirty carpeting. The bed pillows were uncomfortable and the shower water didn't even get hot. I will never stay at Rio again and would recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations in Vegas. If the owner isn't willing to invest in renovations, they should consider selling the property to someone who will. Stay away from Rio and explore the many other options available in Las Vegas.
I visited Smashburger at Rio in Las Vegas for their Veteran's Day Appreciation Deal. I want to express my gratitude to Smashburger for offering a free burger and 25% off the rest of my order on Veteran's Day. Although I had only been to Smashburger once before, about five years ago, I was not particularly impressed with my experience back then. The cashier who assisted me was pleasant and efficient, but not overly warm. My food was prepared promptly and served in a timely manner. However, I found the flavor and thickness of the burger to be lacking compared to what I would expect from a premium hamburger. The seasoning was also quite minimal, which was disappointing. Personally, I prefer a bit more seasoning on my burgers, but not as much as In-n-Out Burger, where I always request lightly salted patties. I ordered the tater tots seasoned with garlic and olive oil, but I found them to be overly oily. The overall taste of the food left me unimpressed - it felt like something was missing. The dining area, while clean, felt somewhat cramped. Considering the prices at Smashburger, I don't believe the taste of the food justifies a return visit for me personally. If I had paid full price, I would have rated my experience as a two-star. I am grateful for the opportunity to try Smashburger again with the free burger deal, but I wouldn't recommend it to others based on my own taste preferences. Ultimately, I believe everyone has different tastes, so this review should be taken with that in mind.
I wish I had discovered Raiders Tavern & Grill sooner during my time in Vegas. After trying another location outside of the hotel, I stumbled upon this gem and couldn't stay away. The menu had so many tempting options that I wanted to try them all. The food did not disappoint. I particularly enjoyed the Potato Skins and the Chicken Wings (fried hard). The Chicken Alfredo was tasty, although I wished the chicken had more flavor. The pasta itself was delicious, so no complaints there. I couldn't resist ordering the strawberry cheesecake, and when it arrived, other diners couldn't help but comment on how good it looked. If I find myself back in Vegas, I will definitely make a stop at this hotel just for the food. While the bartender could have been a bit more attentive, the delicious food more than made up for it.
Visited TI Pool & Cabanas for a special occasion and had an incredible experience! The staff, including Rich, Brianna, Teneil, Sam, Diego, and Abreann, went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs. Can't wait to come back again soon!
