During a recent visit to Las Vegas, we made our way to The Broiler at Boulder Station for a friend’s birthday dinner. Initially, we were concerned about getting a table for seven without a wait, especially given that the restaurant was more than half empty at 7:30 PM. Despite our worries, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and attentive staff who served some of the most impressive dishes of our trip. The meal began with a basket of warm rolls and biscuits bursting with flavor. We then enjoyed their renowned Tableside Caesar Salad, prepared expertly at our table with fresh ingredients brought on a cart. For the main course, several of us chose the Wednesday special: Crab Stuffed Maine Lobster, which featured a delightful blend of crab and lobster flavors. Another member of our group opted for the prime rib, which also received high praise. The rest of us followed our server Kenny's recommendation of the Rib Eye Steak. His suggestion was spot on, as it turned out to be the best steak I’ve tasted in a long time. The steak was marinated, smoke-grilled, and perfectly garnished with a garlic cilantro sauce. If you're a steak lover, you can't go wrong with The Broiler’s Rib Eye Steak! Lastly, a special mention to our server Kenny, whose humor and friendliness added a wonderful touch to an already excellent dining experience.

During a recent dining experience at Estiatoria Milos in the Venetian, Las Vegas, our group found the meal to be exceptional. The service and atmosphere were top-notch, and the fresh fish selection was particularly impressive – being able to choose seafood fresh is fantastic! The only slight disappointment was the Cauliflower Flowers, which had too much batter. However, all other dishes, including the Fava hummus, grilled octopus, and Greek tomato salad, were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant.

During a visit to Las Vegas on July 4th, we decided to dine at Holsteins Shakes and Buns due to its convenient location at the Cosmopolitan. The food was outstanding. We ordered the Fire Bird burger with a lettuce wrap, which also includes a few strips of bacon. For the salad, we tried the Thai steak salad, which had a delightful kick to it. The steaks were tender and juicy! Unfortunately, we noticed a sign indicating that the restaurant will be closing on July 7th, just a few days away. We'll definitely miss this place.

Diablo's Cantina is a fantastic spot! I tried the shrimp ceviche for around $19.00, and it was a delightful mix of tangy lime, sweet fruit, and a touch of chili spice. The shrimp was fresh and chunky, making the dish even more satisfying. The restaurant offers a pleasant ambiance with a lovely view of the lobby. Although there was a slight wait for someone to take my order, the manager personally stepped in to assist, bringing great energy to the experience.

I started with the corn on the cob appetizer and, although the taste was excellent, the portions were disappointingly small. The complimentary chips and dip were delicious but came with only one serving and no refills. The Vegetarian Tacos were also flavorful but not satisfying. While the atmosphere and service were commendable, the portions were too small for the price, leaving me still hungry after the meal. Despite the high quality and taste, the portion sizes make it unlikely that I will return. If you're hungry, it's not the best value for your money.

I recently visited Sonoma Cellar Steakhouse in Las Vegas to celebrate a special occasion. The atmosphere was both quiet and classy, creating a pleasant dining environment. Our server was charismatic and polite, displaying a strong knowledge of the menu and offering options to accommodate dietary restrictions. I opted for the half lobster, which I requested without the house seasoning to ensure it was safe for me to enjoy. While it tasted a bit bland compared to other venues that offer plain butter preparations, I was thankful to have a safe meal. Later, our server kindly offered the second half of the lobster, explaining that they couldn't sell it without the seasoning, and I accepted to avoid wasting food. Unfortunately, the lobster was challenging to detach from the shell, which was somewhat disappointing. The rest of the dinner went fairly smoothly until a small mishap when my water was accidentally spilled by the server. We had to leave promptly after that, and there was no acknowledgment from the manager regarding the incident. To add to the inconvenience, my card was charged instead of redeeming reward points for the meal. Given this experience, I don't plan to return to Sonoma, but I'm glad to have other reliable options like Pasta Cucina at Sunset Station.

That doesn't qualify as pizza... Avoid it!! The following night, I admit, feeling lazy and a bit buzzed in Vegas, I gave in and tried the "chili cheese dog" for $15!? Sure, they’re convenient when everything else is closed, but honestly, you'd be better off with a vending machine.

Dropped in for a quick bite and received excellent service from the staff. Tried the Brussels sprout starter, which was fantastic. The Calabrese pizza was delicious. They offer a great selection of beers and the service was top-notch. On a recent visit for more snacks, I tried the meatballs and garlic bread, and they were amazing.

The appetizers at Rockhouse in Las Vegas are fantastic! They offer a special from 2-6 PM on select appetizers. We tried the spinach & artichoke dip and the fried pickles, and they were both excellent!
