My experience at Julian Serrano Tapas was delightful. The food offered a rich tapestry of flavors in every bite, showcasing the chef's culinary expertise through a diverse selection of tapas. The ambiance was excellent, with a vibrant and inviting atmosphere complemented by modern decor and a lively setting. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff providing recommendations and ensuring a seamless dining experience. However, there was a notable disappointment with the Paella. Despite the flavorful overall dish, the rice was overcooked to the point of resembling small stone chips, which was unexpected given the otherwise high quality of the meal.
I ordered the steak and eggs at Tableau and unfortunately the steak was overcooked. However, the staff was quick to replace it with a properly cooked one. The potato patty was delicious, but I wish there was more than one. The avocado smear did not meet my expectations and only made the eggs taste bad. Overall, I believe Tableau should consider updating their menu to accurately reflect the dishes being served. Despite some disappointments with the food, the restaurant had a beautiful interior and attentive waitstaff.
Noodles in Las Vegas, located inside the Bellagio hotel, had a bit of a wait but we were able to book through Open Table. The service was okay, though we did have to try to get our server's attention multiple times. The prices were a bit high, but that's to be expected on the Vegas strip. I have to admit, the mango pudding was absolutely delicious and one of the best I've ever had. As someone of Chinese descent, I wouldn't necessarily choose to go back again as I have had better meals for the price we paid.
