The meal was excellent! While we didn't rate it a perfect five, that's because we're comparing it to other upscale eateries. We were a bit let down by the suckling pig; for $80, the serving size was smaller than expected and quite fatty. However, everything else we tried was impeccable.

The food at Julian Serrano Tapas in Las Vegas was impressive! While not quite reaching a five-star rating when compared to other high-end establishments, it still offered a delightful experience. The portion of suckling pig, priced at $80, was a bit underwhelming, being rather small and somewhat fatty. However, the rest of the dishes were executed flawlessly.

During our Lip Smacking Foodie Tour, Julian Serrano Tapas in Las Vegas emerged as the standout among the three restaurants we visited. Despite being in a tour group, the service was flawless and highly professional. The timing of the food presentation was impeccable, showcasing the servers' excellent training. We enjoyed a Sangria that was dry with a Merlot-forward profile, not overly sweet, and accented by fresh fruit throughout the glass. Our menu included three items, culminating in the delightful paella. The chicken croquetas impressed with their crispy exterior and creamy interior, while the bacon-wrapped dates were pure indulgence, and the pan manchego offered a refreshing, light tapas experience. The Valencia paella excelled with its rich, creamy texture and perfectly balanced ingredients. The restaurant's airy, open ambiance and the sharing plate concept make it ideal for group gatherings. Additionally, there are bar seats and cozy corners perfect for a date night. A return visit is certainly on the agenda, especially to explore the intriguing menu further and try the tuna cones!

Stop two of the Lip Smacking Foodie Tour did not disappoint! It was fantastic to explore dishes we wouldn't typically choose, and totally worth it. Every item was delicious, and while the sangria was on the drier side, it was still quite enjoyable. Always a pleasure to step out of the comfort zone and try something new!

Service was excellent at Julian Serrano Tapas in Las Vegas. The pan manchego bread we started with was delightful and easily the highlight of the meal. The fried octopus, however, left something to be desired, reminiscent of fast food hush puppies, with little octopus flavor. The mushroom risotto was overly salty. While the braised chicken was tasty, a few pieces were unfortunately dry. The bacon-wrapped dates, on the other hand, were deliciously savory. We couldn't try the paella due to a show and the wait time of approximately 45 to 60 minutes. It is on the pricier side, as expected at Aria. The restaurant is conveniently located on the 1st floor, near the service desk.

The service at Julian Serrano Tapas was excellent. The pan manchego bread we started with was delicious and definitely the highlight of our meal. The fried octopus tapas was just okay, tasting like fast food hush puppies rather than octopus. The mushroom risotto was on the salty side, while the braised chicken was tasty but some pieces were a bit dry. The bacon wrapped dates were savory and enjoyable. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try the paella as there was a long wait (~45 to 60 minutes). While the prices are on the higher side, you are dining at the Aria, after all. The restaurant is located on the 1st floor corner by the service desk.
