Lemongrass, located within Aria in Las Vegas, offers a genuine Thai dining experience. Our order included pineapple fried rice, which was flavorful. The seafood tom yum soup stood out with its delicious taste, and the satay sauce was outstanding. The cocktails complemented the meal nicely. Service was prompt, and the restaurant is perfect for sharing dishes family-style. It's a fantastic Thai spot right on the strip.

The wait staff at Lemongrass in Las Vegas were incredibly attentive, ensuring a smooth dining experience. The food was served promptly and was absolutely delicious, featuring modernized Thai cuisine. Booking ahead was a wise decision, as the restaurant maintained a steady flow of patrons throughout the evening. While the high ceilings may not be my personal preference, as I lean towards a cozier atmosphere, the generous food portions were definitely satisfying.

Lemongrass at Aria Casino has truly elevated the Thai dining experience in Las Vegas. From the moment you step into the sleek, inviting atmosphere, you’ll know you’re in for a treat. The menu offers a delightful array of traditional and innovative Thai dishes, each one a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. Iven, our server, was exceptional. His knowledge of the menu and his friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. He expertly guided us through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. Now, onto the food! The pineapple fried rice was a flavorful delight, with a perfectly balanced sweet and savory combination. The ribeye steak with coconut rice was simply divine, the tender meat cooked to perfection and complemented by rich coconut sauce. The shrimp and green mango salad was a refreshing burst of citrus and spice, while the Tom Yum seafood soup was a hearty and comforting starter. The whole fried flounder with Tamarind sauce took us by surprise. The fish was incredibly tender, and the Tamarind sauce was tangy and delicious. The duck breast Penang curry was another standout, with the rich curry sauce perfectly coating the tender duck. Finally, the XO vermicelli with crab was a satisfying and flavorful dish, with a hint of smokiness from the XO sauce. If you're looking for an unforgettable Thai dining experience in Las Vegas, Lemongrass is a must-visit. The food is exceptional, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is inviting. We can’t wait to return and explore more of their delicious menu.

My recent dining experience at Lemongrass was truly wonderful. The food was delicious, although one of the chicken dishes we ordered seemed to have more mushrooms than chicken, which was a bit disappointing. However, it may have been intentional. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing. The spiciness of the food lived up to its reputation, which I appreciated. Thank you to the team at Lemongrass for a special dining experience.
