I've visited Lift Bar several times over the years. During the COVID era, it's been especially nice to have a comfortable spot for a drink between gambling sessions. With the current challenges of finding a place to get a drink, having a cozy place to relax and people watch is a real treat. At the moment, bars require you to order food with your drinks, even if it's just the cheapest item on the menu. While this can be a bit annoying, the staff here totally get it and don’t get upset if you go for the least expensive option. It’s more of a hangout or meetup spot, offering a vast selection of drinks and great cocktails. They sometimes have live music, which adds to the atmosphere. Just seat yourself and enjoy!

I have visited many slot bars in Vegas, and while I have had pleasant experiences at most, my recent visit to Lift Bar at Aria Casino left me feeling embarrassed. The bartender informed me that in order to receive a complimentary drink, I would need to continue playing and spend all the money I had put into the slot machine. I was taken aback by this aggressive gambling requirement, and was told that the bartenders are monitored via cameras and can get in trouble if drinks are given to guests who do not gamble enough. I am aware of the customary practice of spending a certain amount in order to receive a comp drink, but I believe that guests should have the right to choose when they want to stop gambling. This policy made me feel uncomfortable and I feel that it is not in line with the service provided by other hotels in Vegas. While I have always enjoyed my stays at Aria, I find the service at Lift Bar and Gem Bar to be below average and now try to avoid them during my visits. I hope that the management takes this feedback into consideration in order to ensure all guests feel valued and respected.

Lift Bar is a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink while taking a break from gambling. Due to covid restrictions, it provides a comfortable place to sit and people watch. A unique aspect is that you must order food with your drinks, even if it's the cheapest item on the menu. Despite this requirement, the staff are accommodating and understanding. The bar offers a wide selection of drinks and occasional live music, making it a fun hangout spot. It's a seat-yourself establishment, perfect for casual meetups.

I have visited Lift Bar a few times throughout the years, and it has become a go-to spot for me, especially during COVID-19. It's a great place to relax with a drink in between gambling sessions. Nowadays, it can be difficult to find a drink while out, so it's nice to have a comfortable spot like Lift Bar to enjoy a drink and people watch. One thing to note is that you now have to order food when getting drinks, even if it's just the cheapest option on the menu. While this might be a bit annoying, the staff at Lift Bar are understanding and won't give you a hard time about it. Overall, Lift Bar is more of a hangout or meetup spot with a wide selection of drinks and occasionally live music. You can simply seat yourself and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere.

The service at this bar is practically non-existent, making it feel like an oxymoron. It would be more efficient for them to eliminate the one server on staff and implement a system where customers have to order at the bar. It's a frustrating experience.

I used my card to start a tab at Lift Bar. When I went to leave, I told the bartender I was closing my tab. They insisted they never saw my card and that I hadn't paid for anything. I showed them my Amex app, which clearly showed I had been charged for all the drinks I ordered. The situation was never resolved, my card was lost, and I felt embarrassed and ignored. Overall, my experience at Lift Bar was terrible and not what I had expected.
