Salt & Ivy in Las Vegas is truly first class in every way. I recently went for a birthday brunch with family and the experience exceeded all expectations. We are accustomed to top-notch service at Aria, but Salt & Ivy took it to the next level. They provided blankets on a chilly morning, positioned the gas heaters perfectly, and even surprised us with a birthday cake and celebration led by our waiter and his team. The food was exceptional. The steak and eggs were cooked perfectly, the pancakes were light and fluffy, and the avocado toast was even better than expected. This is definitely one of the best brunch spots we've been to, both locally and during our travels. Even if we're not staying at Aria, we will make sure to visit Salt & Ivy every time we're in Vegas. A valuable tip is to make a reservation through the Yelp app to save time.

Omg I absolutely loved this place. This place the food, the service, and the ambiance is amazing across the board They were so good. I had to come here twice while I was visiting in Las Vegas. I'm a big breakfast guy and the breakfast was really really good and I like the coffee as well. Although I'm more of a cold coffee drinker which they're cold, coffees could use some work. They're more creative as far as hot coffees go Now I will say there is definitely going to be await if you can't either. A schedule ahead or something? Don't think you're just going to walk in but I can easily say anytime. I'm going to be visiting Vegas. This is going to be my breakfast spot. I haven't found a better breakfast yet out there I would say if you can get in or if you have the patience to wait in the line I would check them out for sure

This is a very nice brunch spot in the Aria. There is typically a line, which I couldn't find how to make reservations. The line moves at a good pace. I would say it's worth the wait. I ordered the Dutch Baby Pancake for a unique flare. It comes in a skillet and you choose your style. I picked pumpkin spice. It was so delicious, sweet and moist! I would go back just for this!!! Excellent customer service from our waiter. He was very apologetic, as our wait for food was longer than the wait to be seated. He compensated by offering complimentary cocktails. I appreciate the gesture and acknowledging the error.

I recently had lunch at Salt and Ivy, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The food was good, and what really impressed me was that the prices weren't too high, considering the quality of the meal. I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a satisfying lunch without breaking the bank.

Located inside Aria Hotel, the hostess and servers are very nice and friendly. the service was great and they are trying their best to get your food as quick as possible. sometimes they might be a little bit overcrowded and you have to be patient but they're checking back on you frequently and making sure your food is good. in my case my omelette was cold. That guy made a comment about and the server right away took the plate back and replace it with a nice and fresh one. overall, I had a better omelette other places. This was fairly good, but not the best the other place. The the other order we had was their signature, Dutch pancake, which was different and tasty, I recommend trying that.

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while now, and I'm glad I finally did. Dined here on a Sunday morning. Luckily, the wait was not long. I've heard at times it could be 1 hour plus. We opt for the first available, and it was inside rather than out on the patio. From what I saw, it's beautiful out there with a bar. Luis was our server, and he is an asset. He laughed with us and was very pleasant. Food: House Smoked Salmon Shrimp & Grits The salmon was nice and clean. But, the highlight was the shrimp and grits. The flavors were delicious, especially the pork belly. Best dish!!! And I'd return just for that. Overall, it's a great brunch spot.
