Salt & Ivy in Las Vegas is a delightful brunch destination located on the promenade of the Aria. The establishment boasts custom-made drinks, delectable breakfast fare, a welcoming staff, and a lively, energetic atmosphere. Although it's slightly on the pricier side, the experience is well worth it.

Salt & Ivy Cafe lived up to its reputation with their famous salmon Dutch pancake. The combination of smoked salmon, crème fraiche, and tobiko was a delicious and satisfying dish. The addition of maple syrup added a unique sweet and savory aspect to the meal. We also enjoyed their juice blends, Patio Crusher and Morning Workouts, which complemented our food well. Keep in mind that Salt & Ivy does not take reservations, so be prepared to wait, especially during busy mornings in Vegas. The servers may be overwhelmed, so expect some delays in getting your food and drinks. Despite this, our overall brunch experience was enjoyable and the food was definitely memorable.

Salt & Ivy is a fantastic spot for breakfast! The food is incredibly delicious and the service is top-notch. The fruit bowl even had dragon fruit in it! My companion had chicken & waffles and they were absolutely delicious. The coffee and drinks were also fantastic. The salmon in the salmon power bowl was better than most salmon dishes I've had at other restaurants. Highly recommend trying this place out!

Salt & Ivy is an amazing spot for brunch in Las Vegas. I tried the lobster toast and it was absolutely delicious. Their fresh juices are perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. I went on a weekday and didn't have to wait, but make sure your entire party is there or they won't seat you. The restaurant is located on the second floor, so take the escalators up and walk past the Starbucks and pool signs. It's conveniently situated near the convention center, but just a heads up - Google has mistakenly listed its location as floor 1.

I recently visited Salt & Ivy for breakfast and a cold drink and had a great experience. The restaurant is located inside the Aria and I appreciated the short wait time, quick service, and delicious food. The staff were friendly and professional, and the bathrooms were clean. It's a good spot for a satisfying breakfast before exploring Las Vegas, especially considering the reasonable prices compared to other places in the city.

Started off with the espresso martini, which was quite coffee forward. Might skip that next time. The west coast cheesesteak was really delicious - highly recommend it. I decided to upgrade to the Parmesan fries for an additional charge, but it was just a small amount of Parmesan on top of regular fries. My dining companion enjoyed the salmon plate and bagel, and found the presentation to be quite nice. The only complaint was that she had to assemble her meal herself. Overall, I would recommend this spot for brunch.
