Salt & Ivy truly understands how to create an exceptional dining experience. The food is not only delicious, but the service is also remarkable—friendly and attentive in every way. The staff informed us about the daily special, which I had initially overlooked, and I'm grateful they did. It turned out to be exceptional. When a mix-up occurred with our order—a bagel with salmon arrived instead of my desired avocado toast with salmon—the team quickly addressed it. The general manager personally delivered the correct dish, and several staff members checked in to ensure our satisfaction with both the meal and service, which exceeded our expectations. Our server was exceptionally warm and welcoming, allowing us to enjoy our time at the table without feeling rushed. Having visited Salt & Ivy on multiple occasions, I've always been impressed by their culinary offerings. On this visit, the food was wonderful as ever, but what truly stood out was the stellar service—definitely deserving of an A+. For anyone visiting Las Vegas, Salt & Ivy is a must-try. It rivals, if not surpasses, any breakfast or lunch you might find in the area. Five stars without a doubt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After initially finding online reservations fully booked, we were relieved to discover that Salt & Ivy operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Although faced with a long line, we managed to get seated within 15 minutes, and it was indeed worth the wait. The patio was breathtaking, offering a cozy setting with ideal weather, strategically placed heaters, and comfortable seating. Service was top-notch, and the culinary experience did not disappoint. The steak and eggs boasted perfectly seasoned meat, while the wild mushroom omelet was packed with flavor. The seasonal Dutch baby pancake was a highlight—light, fluffy, and a must-try. The latte was another standout—smooth and expertly made. Though it leans towards the pricey side, the experience was truly worthwhile. Salt & Ivy is the perfect spot for a special breakfast or brunch indulgence!

Salt & Ivy in Las Vegas far surpassed expectations and is highly recommended for anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience. Despite visiting on an extremely busy day, the staff maintained impressive efficiency, ensuring our food arrived promptly. The wait staff was professional, attentive, and courteous, taking care of every detail during our visit. The food was delectable and presented with meticulous attention to detail. The Dutch Babies with Mixed Berries Pancakes come highly recommended. The dish was light and perfectly balanced, offering a delightful blend of crepe and pancake textures. The fresh berries provided a burst of natural sweetness, complemented by the lemon custard's subtle tangy richness that beautifully tied everything together. The restaurant's ambiance was equally impressive. It had a refined, upscale feel that enhanced the overall dining experience. Whether planning a casual brunch or a more formal outing, this spot offers a welcoming yet sophisticated atmosphere that's sure to impress.

I absolutely loved this spot for breakfast! The food was incredibly delicious, and the service was amazing. The fruit bowl even had dragon fruit in it! The chicken & waffles were outstanding and every bite was delightful. The coffee was superb, as was the drink we ordered. The salmon in the salmon power bowl was above par, even better than most dinner dishes I've had elsewhere.

Salt & Ivy in Las Vegas is a delightful brunch destination located on the promenade of the Aria. The establishment boasts custom-made drinks, delectable breakfast fare, a welcoming staff, and a lively, energetic atmosphere. Although it's slightly on the pricier side, the experience is well worth it.

Salt & Ivy Cafe lived up to its reputation with their famous salmon Dutch pancake. The combination of smoked salmon, crème fraiche, and tobiko was a delicious and satisfying dish. The addition of maple syrup added a unique sweet and savory aspect to the meal. We also enjoyed their juice blends, Patio Crusher and Morning Workouts, which complemented our food well. Keep in mind that Salt & Ivy does not take reservations, so be prepared to wait, especially during busy mornings in Vegas. The servers may be overwhelmed, so expect some delays in getting your food and drinks. Despite this, our overall brunch experience was enjoyable and the food was definitely memorable.
