Rhodes Ranch Golf Club in Las Vegas is a fantastic course that's impeccably maintained. The staff are exceptional, with a special shout-out to Star, the bartender, who is incredibly friendly and personable. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, a top-notch experience!

For the price, this golf course is unbeatable. In February 2022, the greens were receptive and rolled consistently at around 10.5 - 11 all day long. The bunkers were also in excellent condition. From the pro shop to the cart attendants, the service was friendly. The course features a good number of well-placed water hazards.

First and foremost, want to commend the staff for their outstanding service! Incredibly accommodating! I was able to join a group as a single player without any hassle. The course conditions were excellent—green and lush! A fun course with some challenging holes. It had a municipal feel but I thoroughly enjoyed every minute!

Aliante Golf Club in Las Vegas might be quite lovely in the spring and fall, but January isn't the ideal time to play. For out-of-town visitors, the $100 fee feels excessively high. Many courses around here still maintain green fairways with dormant grass around the edges during this season, but at Aliante, the only green you'll find is on the greens and teeboxes. Even the greens were rather worn down. While $100 might be justifiable in the prime seasons, anything above $40 in winter seems unreasonable.

Rhodes Ranch Golf Club in Las Vegas is a fantastic course. Booking a tee time was straightforward, the prices were reasonable, and the service was excellent. It was great to have two ice chests on the cart, allowing for a refill after 9 holes. However, it was disappointing that there was no cart service or water available on the course. On the upside, they provided water before departure and included two drink tickets. The pro shop offered an impressive selection, and the bar staff, particularly Graham, was terrific. All things considered, I highly recommend this course for its challenging layout, excellent maintenance, and beautiful scenery.

I recently returned to Desert Pines Golf Club in Las Vegas after a few years and had a positive experience overall. As noted by other reviewers, the course isn't in pristine condition, but it's evident that efforts are being made to improve it. The course remains quite playable, especially if you can keep your shots in the fairway! Being a fan of Dye-designed courses, I really appreciate the layout and the unique challenges it offers. You'll find yourself using more 3-woods and 5-woods off the tee, even from the back tees. However, the standout features of this course are undoubtedly the staff and customer service. Special thanks to Greg for the warm hospitality and Izzy for accommodating an earlier tee time so I could make it back in time to finish some work. Looking forward to returning frequently!

Review Date: 8/18/2024 Grateful to have played my 100th round of the year at Bear's Best Las Vegas. The layout is simply stunning and offers a refreshing change of pace. Typically, I play in Northeast Ohio, but this course presented a wonderful unique challenge. The staff was fantastic, setting me up with stiff shaft Callaway clubs. Warmed up on the range and practiced some chip shots before starting. From the first tee shot, the experience was both overwhelming and exhilarating. The course is in impressive condition considering the local climate; although there are a few burnt spots, it is evident how much effort goes into maintaining it. Having experience working at a country club, I truly appreciate the diligent care given to each hole, making them unique and enjoyable. If you're in the Las Vegas area, this course is a must-play. Huge kudos to the staff and maintenance crew for their hard work. Highly recommended!

Las Vegas National Golf Club is an excellent choice, even in the heat. The affordability of the course during high temperatures (104F) was a pleasant surprise, and the numerous trees provide ample shade throughout the day. Complimentary towels soaked in ice water were a lifesaver, making the experience more comfortable. The value is exceptional; it's easily worth paying double the current cost. Stopping at the bar at the turn, the $4 hot dogs and $7 beers on tap were a fantastic deal that could have easily been priced higher. The standout of the visit was Donna at the bar – her exceptional attitude and nurturing personality made a significant impact. She took great care of us both at the turn and after the round. I’ll definitely be returning for another beautiful round of golf and to enjoy the outstanding service from the amazing staff.

I participate in an annual tournament here at Palm Valley Golf Club, and the experience is consistently exceptional. The course is impeccably maintained, and the staff is always courteous and accommodating. Playing here is a highlight I eagerly anticipate each year.
