**Humid Yet Hordes of Santa Fe Customers** On Saturday, August 17th, the Santa Fe Station Casino was buzzing with activity despite some noticeable inconveniences. The temperature outside was a sweltering 106° at 5 PM, and a large Fire & Rescue truck with flashing lights was stationed at the entrance. Despite this, the casino remained open and crowded, though the elevators were out of service. We arrived for some early twilight bowling and intended to park in the covered garage to keep the car cool. Almost every parking spot was taken, and numerous people were using the stairs in the garage. This suggested a minor emergency, causing the shutdown of the elevators. Indeed, the garage elevators were not operational. After circling the parking lot without finding a spot, we eventually parked on the second floor of the covered garage. We opted to walk down one floor to the casino, along with dozens of others. However, seeing many elderly individuals struggling and out of breath while climbing the stairs made us reconsider our parking choice, hoping the elevators would be back in service when we left. The main casino’s air conditioning was blissfully cold, providing much-needed relief. In contrast, the bowling center was humid to the point of discomfort—hot and sticky, which didn’t pair well with the physical activity taking place. Santa Fe Casino's commitment to customer safety was evident, though. For future visits during emergency situations, we plan to use valet parking or stick to ground-floor spots to avoid the hassle.

The location was fantastic. With the scorching heat outside, we opted to stay in, and there was no shortage of activities within the resort. The room could use some modern updates, but it was quiet, spacious, and offered a lovely view of the Bellagio fountain. The bed was quite comfortable. However, a major downside was the pervasive smoking throughout the property, which was quite off-putting. For that reason, I'm uncertain if I would choose to stay here again. Additionally, the pool and pool bars were rather lackluster.

Recently visited Downtown Grand in Las Vegas for some affordable gambling and a meal at the cafe. Everything exceeded expectations! The blackjack dealers were engaging and clearly enjoying themselves. Drink service was prompt and exceptionally friendly. For a Wednesday, the casino was pleasantly lively, with a bustling craps table full of energetic players and dealers. It definitely seems like a great spot for budget-friendly fun. Its close proximity to Fremont Street is another great perk. Thanks for an amazing experience! Definitely planning a return trip!

We really enjoyed Horseshoe Las Vegas for its central location. It seemed a bit quieter than some of the other casinos, which we preferred, and the rooms were good with excellent views. The only reasons it doesn't get 5 stars are the check-in process and the blackjack payout. There was about a 30-minute to 1-hour wait to check in, even though the line wasn't that long. Every time we returned from a day of activities, we saw a very large line of people waiting to check in, so it's unclear how long they had to wait. We also wish the blackjack tables would return to paying 3:2 for blackjack. Overall, it’s a very central location and a great stay.

M Resort in Las Vegas has truly become our go-to destination whenever we're in town. Its location off the strip offers a slower pace and more relaxed atmosphere, providing the perfect balance for working comfortably while allowing others to safely explore the grounds independently. Being off the strip also means avoiding the usual distractions or uncomfortable interactions with those stumbling in from the street. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure all needs are met, responding quickly and efficiently to any issues that arise. The dining options are exceptional; we've tried all the restaurants and have been consistently impressed by the quality of the meals, leaving us more than satisfied each time. Our complaints are minor and seem nit-picky in the grand scheme of things. The outdoor pool hours are quite limited, only open during the peak heat, which can be uncomfortable for some and doesn't cater to those who enjoy a morning swim. At times, the odors can be overpowering, from marijuana usage in the main entry or guest rooms to the "casino perfume" used to mask the smoke from cigarettes and cigars, which can sometimes cause headaches or nausea. There's also a lack of clear signage to help locate amenities, and the room service phone lines are frequently busy. Despite these small issues, M Resort remains a top choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Las Vegas.

The M Resort is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas Strip. The suites are all fantastic, with great dining options and stunning views. I recently booked a suite for my bridal shower and Blanca at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She provided all the information I needed for a smooth check-in and possible early access. Thanks to her assistance, I knew I made the right choice booking the Loft suite for our special occasion. Blanca's kindness and helpfulness made the experience even more enjoyable. We can't wait to celebrate at The M Resort!

Excellent resort! Spent 5 days at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for my golf tournament at Angel Park Golf course. The service was top-notch, especially from Cliff at the valet/bell station. The casino was well-maintained and the staff was friendly. My partner enjoyed relaxing at the pool while I was out golfing. The only suggestion would be to update the poolside seating, as the chairs were not very comfortable. The dining options were a bit limited, but we found the meals at Earl Grey to be delicious. Other dining options were only available for dinner, aside from the grab and go deli. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Vegas.

We had a great experience at Santa Fe Station. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Special mention to Kristie McKinney, who was a delight to work with and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and casino to my friends. 10/10.

Great location away from the strip. Everything at Palace Station was excellent. You have everything you need right on site so there's no need to venture elsewhere. The restaurants were top-notch and the gambling experience was better than expected. I even witnessed a couple of guys hitting the jackpot, which was exciting. Will definitely be returning in the future.
