My stay at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas was absolutely fantastic! I was welcomed in a way that made me feel like I was returning home. The staff member went above and beyond to make my visit unforgettable. He greeted me by name, ensured I was comfortable, and even offered a refreshing drink upon my arrival. What impressed me the most was his perfect balance of professional service and genuine care—checking on me just enough to ensure all my needs were met while never making me feel hurried or pressured. His kindness and attention made me feel like part of the family rather than just a guest. It's uncommon to encounter someone who elevates good service to an exceptional experience, but this individual accomplished just that. Thanks to him, my visit wasn't just wonderful—it was the best!

The Flamingo in Las Vegas offers a convenient central location, but be prepared for a no-frills experience, especially if you book through a third party. We arrived on a Sunday, paid extra for early check-in, and decided to take their "upgrade" offer, which wasn't an issue. We also signed up for daily housekeeping. By Tuesday night, though, our room still hadn't been serviced. When we asked a staff member in the hallway for fresh towels, we were met with attitude and advised to place a formal request for housekeeping. Despite a "rush" order, it took another five hours and still no response. After raising our concerns at the front desk, we were told that they couldn't help further due to our booking through a third party. This level of service pales in comparison to what we've experienced at MGM properties, a sentiment even shared by the manager, who admitted their service lagged behind. This will be our last stay at a Caesar's property, as not even basic amenities like clean towels were provided. Additionally, accessing the pool required being there by 9:00 a.m., and we were not informed in advance about the closure of one of the pools. While the central location is a plus, it doesn’t compensate for the disappointing experience we had.

We spent five nights in a roomy king studio on the gallery tower's top floor, enjoying a lovely view of the pool and downtown. The hotel team was exceptional, making check-in smooth and easy. Our room was modern, spacious, and spotless, featuring a large TV and a very comfortable bed. The pool area was enjoyable with plenty of lounging space. While the casino was on the smaller side, it offered a good variety of slots and entertaining low-limit tables. Just a block away from the vibrant Fremont Street Experience, the hotel offers a perfect blend of proximity to the excitement and a peaceful retreat. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for its unbeatable price, prime location, and excellent quality. P.S. Our experience at Golden Gate was fantastic! Opting for one of the historic 10 rooms on Fremont made for an exhilarating and vibrant stay. The air conditioning was refreshingly chilly, and the bed provided exceptional comfort. The location is unbeatable, and luck was on our side. Plus, the staff couldn't have been friendlier. We're eager to return!

Our stay at The Palazzo in Las Vegas was delightful. The room was impressive, offering plenty of space and impeccable cleanliness, thanks to the excellent work of the housekeeping staff. Having a TV in the suite, office, and bathroom was a fantastic feature, allowing us to keep up with our shows without needing to crank up the volume. The brightly lit bathroom was especially appreciated, making tasks like shaving much easier and safer.

This hotel wasn't the most luxurious I've visited, but it served its purpose. The bed could have been softer, yet it provided a decent level of comfort, and the room was spacious and peaceful. It's a convenient spot for exploring the strip on foot. Plus, the complimentary parking and affordable rates were definite perks.

*Steer Clear if You Want to Win* After the Super Bowl, I decided to try my luck at California Hotel and Casino, hoping to experience the famed “golden arm” at the craps table. Unfortunately, I left with an emptier wallet and a new addition to my personal list of places to avoid. After losing $1,100 on craps, I turned to blackjack with my remaining $500. A single double-deck shoe gave me a modest $55 in winnings—not exactly a jackpot, but still a win. Just as I was about to play another round, two security guards approached and told me my night at the tables was finished. However, I was more than welcome to continue playing the slots. In other words, you’re encouraged to play until you’re down, but winning appears to be frowned upon. Having visited Vegas over ten times, with a Gold status at MGM and a Diamond at Caesar’s, I’ve never been asked to leave a table before. And the irony? Only four people were playing blackjack at the time. It seems this place is more interested in easy targets than genuine gamblers. Save yourself the hassle. If you want to enjoy table games and maybe have a chance to win, consider visiting a different casino.
