The rooms at Oasis at Gold Spike are nice and clean, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. One issue we encountered was with the shower, as water came from both the upper and lower faucets at the same time, which was inconvenient. It also took our room a full day to warm up, and we were disappointed to find that there was no iron available in the room. Addressing these issues would certainly enhance the overall guest experience. What really shines at this hotel is the exceptional staff. Philipe and Brandy at the front desk make you feel right at home with their warm welcome and willingness to assist with anything you may need. Mrs. Princess, the hotel manager, sets a fantastic example for her team in managing guest satisfaction. Overall, I would consider coming back to Oasis at Gold Spike if I were looking for a room in the same price range.
After moving to Las Vegas, I've had the chance to explore a variety of dining options, but sometimes the familiar comfort of chain restaurants like TGI Fridays is just what I need. While it's not my top choice, I find myself at the TGI Fridays at Aliante more often than I expect. During a recent visit with my partner, we were promptly seated in the nearly empty restaurant. One consistent highlight of this location has been the exceptional customer service from the staff, including our server Almond. His professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness made our dining experience enjoyable. We tried a few different dishes, including the Pan-Seared Pot Stickers, Traditional Wings with Nashville Hot Sauce, and the Crispy Whiskey Combo and Korean Red Chili Sauce Half Rack Ribs. The Jasmine Rice, Mac and Cheese, and Tomato-Cucumber-Onion Salad stood out as particularly delicious, while the wings were disappointingly lukewarm. The Korean Ribs weren't anything special, but they were still enjoyable. Overall, our experience at TGI Fridays was pleasant. The prices were fair, the portion sizes were generous, and I appreciate the restaurant's support for the military. If you're looking for a familiar dining option in Las Vegas, I recommend giving TGI Fridays at Aliante a try.
My partner and I dropped by the Lobby Bar at Red Rock after a baseball game. The bartender, Adrian, provided excellent service. He was attentive and welcoming, making our celebration even more memorable. The atmosphere was laid-back and we enjoyed our time there. If you're looking for a quiet bar that also shows games, this is a great spot to visit. Thank you to Adrian for a wonderful experience!
Breakfast at Vice Versa in Las Vegas was a delightful experience. The avocado toast and omelette were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and ensured everything was perfect. If you find yourself in Las Vegas, I highly recommend trying breakfast at Vice Versa for a five-star experience.
Visited America in Las Vegas for brunch and tried their large fruit plate. Despite the high prices on the strip, it was a good value and high quality. My companion enjoyed the chicken strips and fries, although it took quite a while for our food to arrive. Grabbed some donuts to go and enjoyed them the next day - tasty and well presented!
Jewel Nightclub is a spot that specializes in serving a variety of drinks. The bartenders are skilled at creating tasty cocktails, like the peach drink I ordered. The nightclub tends to get packed, especially when there are special guest DJs like Lil Jon, who was scheduled to perform on the night we visited. To ensure entry, being on the "Guest List" through Event Brite is key. Although there can be a long line, arriving before 10pm can help minimize wait time. Luckily, we were able to get in quickly. Before Lil Jon hit the stage around 1am, another DJ kept the crowd dancing with energetic music. Lil Jon's performance was entertaining and lasted until we left at 2:30am. Overall, Jewel Nightclub is a lively venue to enjoy a night out in Las Vegas.
I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of service at Side Betty Grill. My meal was delivered in less than 5 minutes, which was impressive. The cheeseburger was delicious and my dining companion finished it quickly. The fries were also tasty. While the price of $30 for one burger and fries was on the higher side, I felt it was worth it for the quality of the food. Additionally, there was no wait in line and the cashier was friendly and welcoming.
