Paris is consistently our top choice for accommodations during our visits to Las Vegas. We have stayed at this hotel over a dozen times and have always been satisfied with our experience. However, during our most recent stay, we were placed in the Versailles tower, which is currently undergoing construction and is a bit noisy during the day. On the positive side, the newly remodeled rooms are quite impressive. One minor suggestion would be to add a shelf in the shower for better organization. Overall, the room is excellent. We are booked to stay from Friday to Friday on this trip and are already looking forward to our next visit in a few months.

There was a long queue for check-in, but we were able to bypass it by using the self-service machines, which had no line. Our stay at Paris in Las Vegas was fantastic overall. The room was clean and in excellent condition, and was cleaned to a good standard every day. When we checked out, we were able to conveniently store our bag near the taxi area, which was a fantastic help.

Paris in Las Vegas is a nice place to stay, but the check-in experience could use some improvement. It seems like they took inspiration from Universal and Disney for their lines, as guests often wait for hours in the lobby just to unload their luggage and get into their room. On a positive note, the casino is conveniently located next to the front desk, giving guests plenty of time to rethink any decisions. However, a 2.5 hour check-in time is not acceptable and should be addressed by management.

The Paris hotel in Las Vegas is a decent option overall. The interior is beautifully decorated and the shops are themed to resemble the city of Paris, as expected from the casino's name. However, the biggest downside is the wait for registration upon arrival. Online registration is straightforward, but the process of getting a room key in person can be frustrating. There are two lines - one for front desk registration and another for a quicker kiosk check-in. Unfortunately, the lines often merge into one, resulting in long wait times. Even on weekdays, the line can stretch all the way to the front door of the casino. During my stay, the kiosk initially informed me that my room was not ready and that I would receive an email once it was prepared, despite arriving shortly after check-in time. After waiting around for 30 minutes with no email, I decided to join the line again and waited for another hour at the front desk. Surprisingly, I was given a key immediately without any mention of the room not being ready. So, it seems waiting for an email notification may not be reliable. The room itself was comfortable, so no complaints there. Just be prepared for long wait times at the front desk upon arrival. Online checkout is recommended to streamline the departure process.

The room was super clean and air in room was good. Every employee was super friendly and putting out a nice welcoming vibe. The Americano restaurant service was perfect and very nice to have restaurant manager checking to make sure everything was as it should be. Location on the Strip is tops, most central and easy to access, short walk. The gaming floor is arranged well and the slots I found made it a winning trip. Super good experience. If you can, get a room with the view of the fountains. Oh, and the rooms are very reasonably priced.

Even a single star is a generous rating for this dump. During our stay, the rooms were never cleaned. I had to repeatedly ask for fresh towels for next day. TV remote was not operational, no house keeping, and the wardrobe door wouldn't open. Customer service is nil at best. You're better off staying at circus circus, at least your expectations are low. The elevators, hallways, rooms in short everything looks dated. Vegas used to be fun, it's not anymore. Paris hotel is worst of all.
