Lovely ambiance and a menu to be proud of! However, the experience wasn't as pleasant as we had hoped. The cheesecake we ordered had a soggy crust and the prices for drinks were a bit steep at $7.99 for Fiji water and $8.99 for Perrier. There were no pricing labels on items, so we were shocked when our total came to $47 for just 2 water bottles, 6 macarons, a berry cheesecake, and a bag of Cheetos. Despite the plastic utensils provided, we left feeling disappointed with the overall value.

Cafe Belle Madeleine in Las Vegas is a 24-hour establishment conveniently located near one of the hotel towers. Prices are on the higher side, as expected in a casino setting. However, the main issues here are the understaffing and inconsistency. Depending on the time of your visit, you may experience long wait times of over 30 minutes for your order. Additionally, the service can be inconsistent - for example, the preparation of a simple iced coffee can vary from visit to visit. Despite the limited indoor seating options, there are other dining choices both within and outside of the Paris hotel.

The setting at Cafe Belle Madeleine in Las Vegas is beautiful and they seem proud of what they offer. However, my experience was not great. The people ahead of me in line were complaining, which should have been a warning sign. I ordered a small cheese cake with a soggy crust and was surprised by the high prices - $7.99 for a bottle of Fiji water and $8.99 for a bottle of Perrier. The lack of pricing labels made it difficult to know the total cost until it was too late. In the end, I spent $47 on two water bottles, six macarons, a berry cheesecake, and a bag of Cheetos. The most ridiculous part was that I even had to pay for a plastic pack of utensils.

If you're looking for a café style experience, this isn't it. Busy and slow, the people working here seem to be having a bad time. Dirty tables. $10.50 bottles of water (don't ask for an ice cup). All the worst things about corporate Las Vegas. Cashier rolled their eyes when I asked for an Americano with heavy cream, and I'm pretty sure I got a $7 drip coffee with half & half (I didn't watch them make it). If you want a great cup of coffee I would look elsewhere!

This place opens 24 hours. It’s like a grab-and-go with seatings but no real utensil nor plates. Everything was plastic and disposible. French desserts in the refrigerator are great deals! They also have delicious french bakery ready made. I like their bakery and sweets and think that they’re well made and justify the Vegas price. Staff was not very friendly though.

Hope you get in on the membership, or you may not be serviced. Waited patiently for over 20 minutes, while one person behind the counter tried to get everyone handled quickly. I finally get up to get the food and order a coffee, but then 3 people came into line next to me, which is the "membership" line, so I was not first any longer. In addition to having to wait after those in the next line, now conducted in front of me, once anyone else walked into the other line, i also had to wait... so I finally just decided to walk out without anything. This is not the kind of service I appreciate. It is not the person's fault who was working, but a policy that you are served in the membership or may have to wait for an undetermined time. What a bunch of baloney. Maybe they have good food or even great coffee, but I'm not going to find out. I cannot ever recommend a place that treats people this way. I actually choose not to even try it.
