Having recently become an avid viewer of Vanderpump Rules and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, I was thrilled to visit one of Lisa Vanderpump's renowned Las Vegas eateries during our trip for my partner's birthday. It was a must-see destination for us! The interior was impressively styled, with a romantic and moody vibe. The dim lighting was complemented by a tealight at each table, creating a cozy atmosphere. Our experience was made all the more enjoyable by Oliver, our attentive server, who we recognized from the shows—a delightful surprise! Instead of opting for full courses, we sampled a selection of appetizers and sipped on cocktails. Our culinary adventure began with the Caviar Bites. I was drawn to these due to the allure of potatoes—specifically, a 30-layer Dauphinoise potato topped with caviar! The standout feature of the dish, however, was the wonderful combination of the salty caviar and zesty lemon crème fraîche. My only critique would be the temperature of the potatoes; they were cooler than expected, which somewhat diminished the dish's overall impact. I'm not sure if this is the intended presentation, but a warmer serving would have enhanced the experience.

The cocktails are varied; while all are good, a few are on the sweeter side. The wine selection is decent, meeting expectations. However, the food falls short, particularly for a Vegas spot. Perhaps it was a matter of ordering the wrong dishes, but an improvement in the taste of the food could elevate the experience from a 3 to a 4-star rating.

This experience is undoubtedly one of the most memorable we've had in Vegas.

The restaurant's decor is both beautiful and enjoyable to be part of. Although I can't comment on the full meal experience, enjoying drinks and appetizers here proved to be a fantastic choice. Vanderpump à Paris in Las Vegas offers highly priced but fanciful cocktails, an experience elevated by its engaging bar staff and decent treats. Our bartender, a Vegas local, was particularly entertaining and personable, enhancing our visit significantly. She even recommended the espresso martini as a night cap, which turned out to be a delightful dessert on its own. The truffle baguette was outstanding and alone warrants a visit.

The food was exceptional, especially the caviar bites and birdcage charcuterie. The caviar bites were melt-in-your-mouth delicious and a great introduction to caviar for newcomers. The cocktails were expertly crafted and everything about the experience felt carefully curated. The staff were attentive and kind, our server was wonderful and never rushed us. The timing of the food was impeccable. Overall, it was a perfect dining experience with no room for criticism.
