We had a fantastic dining experience at Bouchon in the Venetian. The service was outstanding, with our server striking the perfect balance of attentiveness. We enjoyed the Croque Madame with truffle fries, which was delicious. The mimosa with pineapple juice was a refreshing twist, and the Bouchons for dessert were a delightful recommendation. They even kindly split our meals for us, making sharing easy. Overall, our visit was exceptional. Highly recommend for a top-tier dining experience in Vegas!

I had an amazing dinner at this restaurant! The bread and butter they served were excellent and set the tone for a great meal. The onion soup was a standout - I've never had such a tasty onion soup before. Their signature chicken dish was also a hit with me, accompanied by a delicious sauce that perfectly complemented the flavors. The overall dining experience was top-notch, with both amazing food and excellent service.

My recent visit to Bouchon in Las Vegas was nothing short of a culinary disaster, leaving me with an overwhelmingly negative impression of this supposedly upscale establishment. As a fan of Thomas Keller's renowned culinary expertise, I expected a dining experience that reflected his commitment to quality. Unfortunately, Bouchon failed to live up to even the most basic standards.
Our evening began with a selection of appetizers that promised to tantalize the taste buds. The Rillettes aux deux Saumons, Pommes Frites with truffles, and Escargots de Bourgogne were fine.
The true low point of the evening, however, was the Moules au Safran my wife ordered for her main course. Despite the dish initially appearing satisfactory, it led to a nightmarish aftermath. Shortly after leaving the restaurant, my wife fell victim to severe food poisoning. It's utterly unacceptable that a restaurant of this supposed caliber, bearing the name of a culinary icon like Thomas Keller, could fail so miserably in quality control. The consequences were not just unpleasant but downright tragic, as my wife missed a long-awaited experience at The Sphere to see U2, a trip that we have been planning for months.
Even my choice of the TAK Room Cheeseburger, which was acceptable, did little to salvage the overall dismal experience. The fact that a restaurant associated with Thomas Keller could let such a serious lapse in food safety occur is inexcusable.
In conclusion, I cannot emphasize enough how Bouchon at Las Vegas fell far short of the expectations set by its esteemed name. From good appetizers to a severe case of food poisoning, this dining experience was an unmitigated disaster. I strongly advise against risking your health and satisfaction at Bouchon and recommend exploring alternative dining options in Las Vegas.

I was expecting a little more from a Thomas Keller restaurant. The food was good, but not particularly interesting or inventive and at >$300 for a two person dinner I was just expecting to be wowed more than I was. The service was attentive and courteous and the setting on the patio was very pleasant. The sound of the fountain was nice as it blocked out noise from other tables without interfering with conversation at our table, giving a much greater sense of privacy.

Incredible brunch! I got the crab Benedict (out of this world). Our server came by to refill my coffee regularly and the bread service with butter and raspberry jam was delightful.

This was my boyfriend’s pick for our fancy brunch. He had to go to one of Thomas Keller restaurants. He ordered the wagyu burger and said it was the best he had ever eaten. I had the Ad hoc chicken sandwich and it was huge! I wish I didn’t eat so much of the bread they give out, because my stomach was full!!!! We sat on the patio facing the pool and it was a beautiful day out. The food really is that good.
