During a visit to Bouchon in Las Vegas on a Sunday morning, it was an exceptional dining experience. With reservations at 9:45 am, everything about brunch was flawless. The waitress demonstrated remarkable attentiveness, particularly regarding an allergy request. A member of our party had a severe allergy, and it was addressed with the utmost care and attention. Throughout the meal, both water and coffee were regularly refilled, and staff checked in frequently. The food was simply outstanding, with scrambled eggs that were the best ever tasted, melting in the mouth effortlessly. The pastries were also among the finest sampled. Gratitude goes to the team for providing such an incredible experience.

First visit, and I'm already planning my return. The staff is warm and engaging, striking the perfect balance between friendly and informative without overstepping. We opted for seats at the bar as the restaurant was bustling, and we were early for our reservation. They thoughtfully provide a cloth napkin and arrange everything so it feels just like dining at a table. The food was remarkable—delicious and refined yet wonderfully comforting. Exploring the full menu is a must, making this place a permanent choice for dining.

After a series of lackluster meals at the Venetian, I decided to give Bouchon a try based on online recommendations. The experience was delightful, featuring exceptional service and a chic, relaxed atmosphere. I had my first escargot here, topped with little puff pastries, and it was outstanding! The gnocchi was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Considering it's in Vegas, the prices were quite reasonable too. I highly recommend this restaurant if you visit or stay at the Venetian.

Brunch at Bouchon on Sunday morning was a delightful experience in a charming setting. Our table indulged in a variety of pastries and lattes. The group unanimously loved the almond croissant, though the cheese danish, regular croissant, and chocolate croissant were also quite enjoyable. We sampled the chicken and waffles, which leaned more towards savory flavors. The roasted chicken with gravy was notably more flavorful than the waffles themselves. The crab eggs Benedict stood out as a superior choice, surpassing the waffles in taste. Service was commendable, with an attentive waiter ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Bouchon in Las Vegas. I visited solo for work and arrived right when they opened, sitting at the bar. I was fortunate to meet Ash, one of the excellent bartenders who provided exceptional service. I enjoyed some delicious French wines, a tasty tomato crème soup, and a perfect croque madame. I ended the meal with a well-made Old Fashioned. I spent over an hour at the bar, where Ash was friendly and shared interesting information about the restaurant and the area. I will definitely be returning in the future!

During a recent visit to Bouchon on St. Patrick's Day, I was thoroughly impressed by the delightful experience. The ambiance was captivating and the staff were both friendly and efficient. The coffee served here is truly unmatched in Las Vegas, and I found myself enjoying a cup every morning during my stay. As we were seated, we were greeted with warm bread and butter along with a delicious berry preserve, setting the tone for a wonderful meal. We decided to try the special of the day, which consisted of eggs cooked to perfection on a bed of flavorful veggies and generous portions of corned beef. To end our meal on a high note, we sampled a freshly baked almond croissant topped with a decadent chocolate drizzle. Overall, Bouchon is a shining example of restaurant excellence and a true culinary gem in Las Vegas.
