Delmonico Steakhouse exceeded my expectations. I even had the opportunity to see Emeril doing a photo shoot before they opened. I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant week lunch. The French onion soup had almost too much cheese, but it was still very tasty. The burger was huge and had a great crispy texture. Initially, I felt it was a bit lacking in flavor, but adding the large heirloom tomato slice really brought it all together. The dessert was massive, with perfectly cooked hot mini donuts and a delicious strawberry sauce. Overall, I would definitely return for the dessert alone, possibly even over Emeril's famous banana pie.

Delmonico Steakhouse in Las Vegas is located inside the Venetian and offers an awesome dining experience. I ordered the aged bone-in Ribeye steak, which was creole inspired and cooked to my liking. The gumbo had a smoky taste and was well spiced, although it tended to be a bit overwhelming. The bread was fresh from the oven, adding a nice touch to the meal.
