What I Disliked

The cioppino, angel hair pasta, and pizza at Casanova in Las Vegas are all solid choices. However, the standout dish is definitely the branzino. I have tried it at numerous other restaurants, but none compare to the amazing flavor and perfect balance of the branzino at Casanova. The mild light tomato sauce with onions, capers, olives, and lemon complements the tender and mild fish perfectly, creating a delicious and unforgettable combination of flavors. Even if you're not a fan of olives and capers, this dish will still win you over. The potatoes served with the branzino are a nice addition, although the quality seems to have declined slightly since my first visit. Despite the slightly higher price tag for a food court restaurant, around $40+, I find myself coming back for the branzino every time. If you visit Casanova, be sure to try the branzino – it truly is a must-try dish!

Had an excellent dining experience at Casanova during a recent business trip. The meal lasted about 2.5 hours, allowing for plenty of time to converse with colleagues. I ordered a seafood pasta dish and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion of seafood compared to pasta. The meal was truly delicious. The only downside was the lack of salad or bread, which is a common expectation for me as an American. Despite this, I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a great dining experience.

Great ciopinno and angel hair pasta at Casanova in Las Vegas. The pizza is decent as well. The standout dish is definitely the branzino, which is the best I've ever had. The fish is tender and mild, and the light tomato sauce with onions, capers, olives, and lemon perfectly compliments the flavors without overwhelming them. Even if you're not a fan of olives and capers, this dish is a must-try. The potatoes are a good side dish, although the quality seems to have decreased slightly over time. The seasoning is nice, but they can be a bit dry now. While the prices are a bit high for a food court restaurant at over $40, I still order the branzino every time I visit. Don't miss out on this delicious dish at Casanova!

Solid ciopinno. Solid angel hair pasta. Decent pizza. Literally the best branzino I've ever had in my life. I've tried dozens of other places and none came close. The thing is that branzino is very tender and mild, and so the sauce needs to compliment it perfectly without overwhelming the flavor. Casanova does a mild light tomato sauce with onions, caper, olives, and lemon that perfectly accentuate the fish's mild flavor with some sour flavors. The flavors work perfectly together. I don't even like olives and capers, but this combination just cannot be beat. The potatoes are a good compliment to fill you up, and the seasoning is nice. The quality of the potatoes seems to be lower since I first came, as they're a bit dry now. It's a little pricey for a food court restaurant at $40+, but I get it every time. Must try the branzino!!!

Business dinner on Wednesday and the experience was nice. Took a bit of time to find the location, but it sits well within the shopps and has seating outside as well. The bar is great too! We ordered hummus platter and meatballs for starters which were excellent!! Ordered a Vegetarian Pasta and Chicken Sheesh Kebabs and they were really good. Overall a good experience!!

Good food and service. The chicken kabobs are huge! I saved half for later. It satisfied my craving for Mediterranean. My friend had Greek style penne with chicken.
