What I Disliked
I had a meal at Casanova, an Italian restaurant, and my experience was somewhat mixed. The veal I ordered was sliced very thin but unfortunately overcooked. The Mediterranean sea bass also left something to be desired as it lacked any distinctive flavor. Overall, I found the meal to be disappointing.

Excellent cioppino and angel hair pasta, with decent pizza as well. However, the standout dish here is the branzino. I have tried it at many other places, but none compare to the one at Casanova in Las Vegas. The fish is tender and mild, and the light tomato sauce with onions, capers, olives, and lemon perfectly enhances its delicate flavor. Even if you're not a fan of olives and capers, this combination will win you over. The potatoes are a nice side dish, although the quality seems to have slightly decreased recently. While the prices may be higher than expected for a food court restaurant, the branzino is worth every penny. Make sure to try it!

The food and service at Casanova in Las Vegas were great. The restaurant wasn't very crowded, which was nice. The salmon was especially delicious. However, the shrimp kabob was served 15 minutes after it was cooked, and it was cold and chewy. Additionally, the calamari appetizer had less calamari and more fried potatoes than expected.

Attended a business dinner at Casanova in Las Vegas on Wednesday and it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant is a bit hidden within the shops, but once you find it, you'll appreciate the outdoor seating and nice bar area. We started with the hummus platter and meatballs, both of which were excellent. For main courses, we tried the Vegetarian Pasta and Chicken Sheesh Kebabs, and they were also really good. Overall, it was a good dining experience at Casanova.

The cioppino, angel hair pasta, and pizza at Casanova in Las Vegas are all solid choices. However, the standout dish is definitely the branzino. I have tried it at numerous other restaurants, but none compare to the amazing flavor and perfect balance of the branzino at Casanova. The mild light tomato sauce with onions, capers, olives, and lemon complements the tender and mild fish perfectly, creating a delicious and unforgettable combination of flavors. Even if you're not a fan of olives and capers, this dish will still win you over. The potatoes served with the branzino are a nice addition, although the quality seems to have declined slightly since my first visit. Despite the slightly higher price tag for a food court restaurant, around $40+, I find myself coming back for the branzino every time. If you visit Casanova, be sure to try the branzino – it truly is a must-try dish!

Had an excellent dining experience at Casanova during a recent business trip. The meal lasted about 2.5 hours, allowing for plenty of time to converse with colleagues. I ordered a seafood pasta dish and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion of seafood compared to pasta. The meal was truly delicious. The only downside was the lack of salad or bread, which is a common expectation for me as an American. Despite this, I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a great dining experience.
