Canonita at The Venetian Hotel provides a fantastic atmosphere, top-notch service, and delicious food. While the menu isn't extensive for vegetarians, there are still some tasty options available including the veggie burrito, nachos, mushroom enchiladas, San Luis chili relleno, and salad. The restaurant captures the vibrant energy of Vegas and is definitely worth a visit, earning it a solid 4-star rating.

The food at Canonita was quite amazing. The salmon and risotto were delicious, and the ahi tuna appetizer was beautifully presented and tasty. My friend enjoyed the pork wrapped in banana leaf. The chips were nothing special, but they were decent. If you make reservations, you may be able to sit by the water. However, we were taken aback by the restaurant's billing method. Each of us received separate checks, but the recommended tip amount on both receipts covered the total service for our entire table, not just our individual meals. It felt more like a sneaky trick than transparent customer service, which slightly tainted our experience.

The food at Canonita was absolutely amazing. The salmon and risotto were particularly delicious, and the ahi tuna appetizer was beautifully presented and tasty. My friend tried the pork wrapped in banana leaf and also enjoyed it. While the chips were nothing special, they were still okay. If you're able to make reservations, sitting by the water is a nice touch. However, we were taken aback by the restaurant's billing method. Despite receiving separate checks, the recommended tip amount on each receipt covered the total service for our entire table, not just our individual meals. This felt more like a sneaky trick than transparent customer service, which unfortunately detracted from our overall experience.

Missing star note below...The food was quite amazing. I loved the salmon and risotto. We had ahi tuna appetizer and that was a beautiful presentation and delicious too. My friend had the pork wrapped in banana leaf. All the food was good. Their chips aren't anything exceptional, but were fine. If you make reservations you might get to sit by the water. In a curious twist, the restaurant's billing method raised our eyebrows. My friend and I each received separate checks for our meals, but here's the catch: the recommended tip amount printed on both receipts covered the total service for our entire table, not just the individual meals listed on each bill. If we hadn't been eagle-eyed, we might have unwittingly tipped double the amount. This sneaky approach soured our experience a bit, as it felt more like a sly trick than transparent customer service.

The eclectic menu boasts a variety of options, but the limited choices for vegetarians slightly impacted our experience. Nevertheless, the veggie burrito, nachos, mushroom enchiladas, San Luis chili relleno, and salad were flavorsome. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Canonita! The service we received was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The margarita flight was a delightful treat, offering a variety of flavors that perfectly complemented our meal. Speaking of the food, the enchiladas were simply outstanding. The flavors were robust, and each bite was a burst of deliciousness. The presentation was beautiful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. And let's not forget about the barbacoa—it was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. It truly exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere at Canonita was vibrant and inviting, creating a perfect backdrop for a memorable dining experience. The attention to detail in both the decor and the plating of the dishes showcased their commitment to providing an exceptional experience for their guests. Overall, I can't recommend Canonita enough. From the impeccable service to the mouthwatering margarita flight, enchiladas, and barbacoa, every aspect of our visit was outstanding.
