Noodle Asia was a step up from my previous dining experience. I was promptly seated upon arrival and the staff provided excellent service. The servers were efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, they were out of chow fun so I opted for the stir-fried soft noodles with BBQ pork. The noodles were decent, but the pork was overdone. Additionally, the dish was lacking in seasoning. Overall, I would not suggest this restaurant or return in the future.

I frequent Noodle Asia in Las Vegas whenever I stay at the Venetian. The Szechuan Beef Noodle is my go-to dish and it never disappoints. The beef is tender, the broth is flavorful, and it has just the right amount of kick. In addition to the noodles, I also enjoy the edamame, bubble milk tea, and spring rolls. The service is consistently good and the restaurant has convenient hours. It's always busy, even late at night, but the food is worth the wait. Highly recommend trying it out!

I have visited Noodle Asia multiple times during my recent trips to Vegas. The food is consistently delicious and they offer a good selection of vegan and gluten-free options, which can be hard to find in the Palazzo/Venetian area. While the service may not be exceptional compared to other restaurants in the hotels, they are efficient and get the job done.

Noodle Asia in Las Vegas is a great spot for brunch, especially if you're in the mood for some satisfying noodle soup after a night out in Vegas! Their beef noodle soup is truly exceptional, with a deliciously flavorful broth and perfectly textured noodles. You can find this gem located in the Venetian hotel.

Recently stopped by Noodle Asia for a quick lunch and was blown away by their shrimp and chive dumplings. They were so delicious that I had to come back for more! The menu is extensive with plenty of options to choose from. The portion sizes for the main dishes are quite generous and perfect for sharing.

Noodle Asia is a must-visit spot in Las Vegas. We dined here twice during our trip and were impressed both times. The Dan Dan noodles are a must-try - absolutely delicious! The spicy dumplings were a hit with everyone, while I personally enjoyed the soup dumplings, although my friend wasn't a fan. The crab Rangoon and shrimp and chive dumplings were also highlights, with a great texture. Overall, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. We also tried the shu mai, nap buns, and various other dishes, all of which were fantastic.
